It's the only way to go...

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Azura

We use this cruise to relax and not get jet lag on the way back, just chill on sea days and enjoy the ships entertainment each night, Good bunch of passengers playing deck quoits each day and we was able to play until the day before disembarkation. Freedom dining is our preference and this worked really well... Coach service back to Gatwick makes the trip really good value .... Done ...

Transatlantic trip, in a well kept ship, well run, great captain, good food, good restaurants, liked the glasshouse, the beach house and of course the hidden one on deck 17, what is their not to like, even the self service was good, but some of the passengers still had not worked out that it was one way, even by day 12 people still trying to get out the entrance passages, and some were so ...

A Whopper of a Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Azura

We fancied seeing the Caribbean and sailing across the Atlantic. Our first cruise was not a disappointment! P&O were very organised and we experienced no hassle. From embarkation to the easiest disembarkation at Southampton, everything was organised for us. Food was too good, and the staff were exceptional. The Super Duper extra cost afternoon tea was enjoyable, but we would have preferred ...

Looked a bit tired and needs some up grading. The food and crew are very helpful and friendly they all work very hard to make your cruise enjoyable I could find no fault with them, I was very impressed by how hard they worked. However I way very disappointed in the so called Captains party no idea who he was we were not introduced to him as we had on other ships, I thought the venue was wrong, ...

Little Niggles

We needed a break in the sun and this cruise suited us - dates and location. Fist time with P&O. We enjoyed it very much but potential customers (and P&O) need to be aware of several niggles. Firstly although part of the same group (Carnival), you get no credit for previous Princess Cruises (we have done 6) although Princess give you credits for P&O cruises! Bizarre. While embarkation and ...

First of all the positives: The flight and transfers were excellent on a Dreamliner from Manchester. We upgraded our seats but it's not really essential as the standard seats are larger than normal. Our balcony cabin on A deck was well positioned and very quiet, our steward Hilda was the best we have ever had. Chantal in the spa did my nails and they are un chipped 16 days later very ...

Choice of food and entertainment poor

We Embarked at Barbados as independent travellers, which ran very smoothly. We haven't sailed with P and O for several years, and wanted to go back to relive what we remembered being good entertainment and food ! We quickly noticed the differences ! We felt the cabin was very compact, but we liked the open plan wardrobe. We were surprised Bathrobes werent available as standard issue ...

We go nearly every year to the Caribbean because we like getting away from the cold/ wet weather and love the laid back atmosphere of the islands The Azura is a lovely ship kept very clean and the staff are mostly very happy and helpful Embarkation excellent and quick (we were the first aeroplane to land) Balcony cabin was better than usual as we chose C deck which have larger balconies ...

Really enjoyable cruise

Embarkation was quick and efficient - aircraft landed at 2.30pm and we were in our cabin by 3.45pm. We were looked after very well by our cabin steward on D deck.. We were Freedom Dining in the Peninsular restaurant and enjoyed the menu choices most evenings. We had an Eric Lanlard Afternoon Tea in the Epicurian Restaurant which I thought was good value at £15 each and quite tasty, although ...
