Book your own transport. It took well over an hour AFTER we had gotten thru customs and immigration control before the bus arrived. Then the bus stopped at two other Terminals in Heathrow to pick up passengers. My wife and I are veteran cruisers, but this was our first cruise with Oceania. The ship was, at first glance, a bit underwhelming, especially as compared to the larger, and glitzier mass market megaships. Cuisine: Exceptional -- particularly in the grand dining room. Used a mix of Canyon ranch and regular choices to keep the calorie count down, but the selection of pastry did me in.
