We went on a cruise for our 32nd anniversary. We chose the Epic for the ports of call. Be prepared to find somewhere to sit for a few hours after embarkation while your stateroom is being cleaned. This was our 7th cruise with NCL and 3rd on the Epic. Ship was clean and employees always pleasant. We love the casual and relaxed atmosphere and being able to dine when we choose. We are NCL Rewards oriented now after 7 cruises on Norwegian. We have tried 3 other cruise lines but the freestyle cruising packages suit us very nicely. We tend to choose smaller ships in the NCL line, but for some cruises there are no choices other than what the route and program demands. Took a 3 day Norwegian Epic cruise March 2017 to the Bahamas. The lines were very long to get a drink at the bar on deck; anywhere from 30-45 minutes and that was being aggressive to get a bartender's attention. The staff was rude and nasty. No service in casino or smoking area on deck 15.
