I will never go back with Norwegian Cruise line. Most of the crew members are very rude. No customer service whatsoever. They charge for room service, They charge for any snacks in the middle of the ship. Guess service are horrible. The other cruise lines are much better at it.
I'm going back to Royal Caribbean. They know how to value passengers and are willing to assist clients.

Hi the bedrooms are so cramped ! my ankles where hanging over the edge ! you couldn't pass each other in the bedroom ! There was a smell on deck 8 near the lifts ! not good!
The entertainment in the bar was terrible! could not hear them. and if you did they sounded awful ! lots of complaining !! they are the ones who bring people into the bar aren't they!

I would definitely not recommend this cruise ship. It was very dirty and the customer service was non-existent, crew members were rude and non attentive. First, anyone thinking about this cruise should know that this cruise embarks/disembarks at both Barcelona and Civitavecchia (Rome).
