This was our first tie taking a cruise aboard Costa, although we're not new to cruising. This was my tenth cruise having sailed with NCL, RCC Princess and Cunard previously. We started in Milan and booked the transfer to Savona. This did not start well. We were booked on the 12:00 bus and we arrived at11:00. There was a 11:00 bus but there was no room so we had to wait. The Costa Pacifica is a beautiful ship - clean, nicely decorated, big and well appointed staterooms and suites. When we cruised, the ship had just gotten out of dry-dock a few weeks before and the hull was stark white and really amazingly beautiful to look at.
