Plan on standing in line for half your time to get a drink.
This includes simple stuff, like a coke or Pepsi. Sure you can get water. Or ice tea. The staff is so limited and over worked. Food not so hot. Our last Norwegian cruise in 2019 had better food. Moderno was a major disappointment. Staff was over worked and underpaid. My wife became ill on the cruise and had to see the medical facility. She was diagnosed with COVID and a bacterial infection. The medical staff were incredible. We have cruised loyally with NCL for 13yrs; over 78 nights on cruises; 7 different cruises. Each year, the guest experience has been slashed while the price has gone up. Yet, we still think the next cruise will be better. But I think we are done with NCL.
