This was our first cruise with MSC and definitely will not be our last. We were a family of 4 (with 2 older teenagers 18 & 19) and stayed in an Oceanview cabin. We had heard previous complaints about the food but we could not have enjoyed it more. Our dining experience every night was outstanding with the best waiter Deano and Jay who we had the best time with. We thought the food quality and ...
Cruised with extended family. Our oceanview room (no balcony rooms for families of 4 on this ship!) was small but livable and clean and had decent storage. We set it up as 4 twins - bunkbed style - rather than a queen and twin bunks. This gave us much more floor space. Our steward Muhammad was so sweet and did a great job.
This is definitely a European style cruise. That worked for us - we ...
The MSC Armonia is my best cruise experience! It was very easy embarkation to the ship. The ship was very beautiful, clean, crews were very helpful and professional. The crews make an effort to make sure the quests are comfortable. This was a Christmas cruise and every activity was very fitting to the occasion. There was so much excellent activity onboard, that if you choose not to leave the ship, ...
what we liked about cruise
1.Shows were awesome. The entertainment team or the dream team was really good as well. Liked that different dance lessons were made available and taught by a very good team
2.Kids club(mini and junior) worked well. Love the fact they are open later compared to some other cruiselines. Like the fact that we could leave the kids in Kids club and take an excursion ...
Because good price and wanted to try it the best thing was the entertainment group Alex ameed don’t remember the name good of all but they were just a team they should never be broken. My table 539 the best service it’s something I will never forget because of the teams how they work their island beautiful the only thing is that they have to clean the windows that’s the only thing that I had ...
This was the worst Cruise line I've ever been on. I took my 20 year old son on it for his first cruise and was embarrassed. The ship's elevator kept breaking down. They changed our itinerary and we couldn't stop at the port that we wanted to see the most. They kept us on their tiny ship that day instead and did not provide any alternative entertainment for us. The entertainment was awful. They ...
I am a "cruisecoholic" and have been in many cruises with several cruise lines. This was my first time (and definitely my LAST time) with MSC. The ship barely moved due to technical problems (poor maintenance!), the itinerary kept changing (it's obvious that if you can't move you can't get anywhere...), the food was bad and monotonic, the service was nothing like I am used to in other cruises, the ...
Had traveled with other cruise lines and just wanted to find out how different this cruise line was from the others. After reading the reviews I had some reservation, however once on board this all changed. The dining service was great, along with the housekeeping service. Entertainment was OK. Special mention must be made of Jorge and Datta, who waited on us during our dining experience at the ...
This was by far the worse cruise I have ever experienced. First they really were disorganized and out dated. The ship was old and difficult to navigate. The rooms were so small and seemed like they just wanted to cramp as many people into that boat as possible. We didn't even see the places that we were supposed to stay. They try to nickle and dime you on everything even after you already ...
This is our first time travelling with MSC, and our overall experience was not good. We book this trip because we wanted to go to Ocho Rios, Jamaica. This cruise was supposed to take us in addition to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, Costa Mia, Grand Cayman and Ocean Cay. Upon arrival we were told our dining room waiter that we were going to Montego Bay, Jamaica as they were doing alternative week. No form ...
