Let me say, except for the Cabin Attendant, EVERY PERSON we spoke with was VERY ACCOMMODATING AND HELPFUL!
This ship is on the smaller size of Cruisers when Compared to the other ships that were in dock (i.e. Disney, RC Independance of the Seas and the RC Allure, etc..)
Great Ship with PLENTY of restaurants and bars!
VERY MULTI-CULTURAL environment... Moreso than any other cruise I have ...

We were supposed to go to Cuba, but that was canceled. The embarkation was smooth no real wait in line. Disembarkation one of my bags went missing at first they didn’t care. Then I went to a table and got real assistance who helped find my bag.
The Armonia staff Kishawn, Jose, Lord and Nestor took really good care of us. The food was really good and the hotdogs was amazing.

Choice cruise for a different experience. Ship is old no movie outside! Hardly any entertainment on deck 11 except the last day! Shows were very simple nothing to excite you! Cuba price reductions were very tempting as was “status match”. “Bella Class” reminded me of near-steerage at times, but cabin was close to elevator and main decks were very close.
