We have cruised many times on Celebrity and have done this 14 day cruise 2 X. As usual the ship is spotless and staff constantly cleaning. Our cabin was in great shape and always clean. We did notice that there is only a steward and not an assistant as in the past. Not quite sure how the room got done so quickly. We ate in MDR most evening and never had a bad meal. If you wanted more ...

Fantastic ports of call, amazing service and food. Captain LEO is the most amazing captain they have! Loved Eddy (HedWynn) as the cruise director, he was funny and engaging and always available, I hope that he move tot he Sillouette so that we can cruise with him again! Embarkation was SUPER EASY, we were on the ship by 11, and in our cabin - with our luggage by 1PM. Everything went smooth as ...

Recently returned from 14 night Southern Caribbean cruise. We wanted to goto Aruba and this ship has it all. The Super Bowl Party was great and my EAGLES WON !! Captain Leo was all over and joy to talk too. He took the Cruise Critic roll call on a private bridge tour that was just awesome. We had over 200 people at the Cruise Critic party on the second sea day. One thing is they should have ...

First Time Celebrity. Several Holland America, Norwegian, Carnival, Royal Viking. This was the best of the best. Food was simply delicious. Entertainment was amazing. Cabin was very comfortable. # 6303. Staff were so down to earth and friendly. This is a great ship. Love the lay out of the vessel. I highly recommend this cruise line and this particular ship. We enjoyed all the ports of ...

One of the best cruises ever

We were very unhappy with Royal Caribbeans lowering their standards, so have gone back to Celebrity. Instead of traveling 315 miles we are so glad we decided to travel 1304 miles. There is no comparison between the two cruise lines. We had sailed on Celebrity for years but after moving to Texas decided on using Royal Caribbean. After our last cruise on Royal said no more. Everything on ...

After a 3-year hiatus, plusses and minuses

We chose this cruise because we've been on this ship twice before; we returned this year after a 3-year hiatus. The ship is still gorgeous, and well-maintained. The crew are all friendly, attentive, as ever. Our cabin was clean, the cabin steward was very considerate and helpful. He kept our cabin spotless and neat. The ports of call are the same ones as in years past. Too bad that there ...

The ship layout was very good with lots of areas on many decks to see outside not like the bigger ships. The food and service was good as was the bar service at all locations. Our waitstaff was friendly and did a great job The sommelier was always there to refill your glass. Nice area at the Sunset bar to smoke and have drinks Eight of us would go there after dinner each night The Ocean View ...

This is our 3rd time on the Celebrity Eclipse at the same time of year with a similar itinerary. We always go in an Aqua Class Cabin. We love the Caribbean in Jan/Feb escape the UK winter. The Good Embarkation was fast and efficient. Chose my cabin 1548 carefully, near the forward lift and below the spa shop so quiet location but ideal for the Persian Gardens, up one flight to the Aqua ...

We have cruised 37 times on various cruise lines, but have maintained Elite Status on Celebrity. We have been on the Eclipse 3 or 4 times. We enjoy the layout and offerings of the Solstice Class ships. The cabins are a good size and the service in general is good. Checkin at Miami went extremely smoothly, and although we did not get immediate access to our cabin, this was understandable as ...

Exotic Southern Caribbean- outstanding first X cruise

Booked this as a last minute deal - had wanted to try X and the 14 day itinerary was appealing including islands we had not seen before. DH and I are retired but active, looking forward to relaxing sea days and warm, sunny islands to explore. Easiest embarkation ever - called Uber at 11 for pickup at our downtown hotel (Courtyard Brickell Ave) and were on board just before noon. We did ...
