The ship is very nice a lot to see on deck 5 which is where all the activity is. The embarkation went smoothly but the debarkation took more than an hour and a half. The cabin was kept clean and dining in the dining hall was ok. Our waiters were great.

Pros: We had a great experience in Galveston. Embarkation was easy. We loved our ports in Roatan and Costa Maya -- two of the best ports/excursion experiences I've had in my six cruises.

We chose this cruise for our Anniversary celebration because we live in Texas and can easily board in Galveston. We are avid cruisers, but had never sailed on RC-so we gave it a try. This was also, our first cruise without additional family along. We drove to Galveston from DFW and spent the night at Moody Gardens. It is an easy 10 minute drive to the port .
