Liberty of the seas is a fantastic large boat. Plenty to do, friendly faces everywhere, good eats, and 5 star service. I could go one about the staff and ship all day.
I went with my wife and three children (9, 9 & 5). When the ship came into view on the ride to the dock, our children lit up!
What to expect first and last day.
Transportation to and from the airport to ship went ...
We chose this cruise because of the convenience of the port being within driving distance for us.
Also because we like the Liberty class of ship as well as the itinerary.
This is an excellent way to reconnect with your adult kids and their spouses.
The embarkation and disembarkation went smooth, we were on and off the ship within an hour for each.
We had a Grand Suite which was nice ...
To experience cruising with family. Deciding if we should celebrate 50th anniversary with RC.
THe shows were great entertainment and of good quality. Did not care for adult comedian.
There was always something for everyone to do and a published schedule of when it happened.
Definitely a lot of co ordination of times and talents to pull this off. Kudos!!
Weather was perfect with no ...
We chose this cruise because of the reviews and the promise of the best family experience. Other than the poor TV reception and the fact that it turned off at the worst moments....like watching a movie with the kids after a long day on the beach, the room was impeccable. The activities, climbing wall, slides, kids pool area, and putt putt were fun/good for the family. When we ordered alcoholic ...
Selected cruise because daughter is a middle school librarian and can only go in the summer.
Very enjoyable cruise in spite of it being very crowded with so many children. No real problems though. Very good food and cabin arrangements. Trivia contests were well conducted, heavily attended, and a lot of fun. Some of the best we've had over many cruises.
Wife, daughter and family friend ...
We decided on this cruise because of the dates and ports. The service was fantastic, the ship was beautiful and always clean and our room was the best room we had ever had.
I wouldn't recommend doing the Premier 3 Snorkeling stops on Rotan because it was extremely unorganized and we did a lot of waiting around for them to get their act together several times. The only good thing about it was ...
The entertainment was worth the cost of the cruise. The staff could not have been better. Wonderful week. The cruise director was so different than Amy other cruise director. He was funny, and his Morning Rant is not to be missed. This is a large ship that regularly hauls 4,000 passengers, and it can sometimes feel crowded, particularly when you're waiting for an elevator or trying to angle ...
The ship looked amazing, and had a lot of activity. I thought it would be perfect for all our children in multiple age groups. Our children 12, 15, and 19 year old cruised with us.
We are familiar with Galveston, so spend a couple nights in Houston visiting friends before we headed to the port on Sunday morning. I had seen embarkation YouTube videos that told us to have patience. We were ...
Overall, it was a great experience. My teens enjoyed every day of the 7 days! Our cabin was great. All 4 of us shared the cabin and we did not feel cramped at all. Our attendant was the best. Valent was very attentive and always greeted us all by name. My husband had the beverage (soda) package. The price is high for soda only. The food in the Windjammer was about a 7 on a scale of 10. The ...
This was our first cruise ever and it was fabulous! We will definitely be doing another cruise, but only with Royal Caribbean! They thought of everything on this ship! I loved our cabin. The space might be small for some people but it was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage. We actually got an adjoining room for our teenagers and that made for a perfect family trip. Our stateroom ...
