We have been on 5 Norwegian cruises before but generally on bigger boats. We found the service was great but entertainment lacking. Itinerary very appealing. However, one week prior to departure, e mail from Norwegian stating we would not have a day in Venice. Instead boat was docked in Trieste, 1.5 hours east of Venice.
