The cabin, waiters and bar staff are excellent...............they do their utmost to make you happy. However after experiencing the food in both the formal and buffet restaurants with unappealing food and complaining to both reception and officers of the ship not one of the management acknolowged or responded to our complaints..........in other words your complaints fall on deaf ears.!!!!!!! Also ...

The sheer hard work, friendliness and professionalism of the on board staff would be hard to better. The food is of a high standard, abundant and beautifully presented. Our cabin was superb, well attended, comfortable and clean as a new pin. Everywhere there was someone cleaning something, or painting it or renewing it! One or two minor niggles. The onboard signing could be better. It's a huge ...

Our first ever cruise! We joined friends at a weaker moment, worried we would be too young, wouldn't like the experience, sea sick and bored!! Well we could not be father from the truth. It was amazing. Loved the ship, so big there was loads to do, the cleanliness and quality of the ship was fabulous. The staff are all very friendly and the food was magnificent. Loved every single aspect ...

Performed with Corws Colin Jones Chorus as part of entertainment.. The ship is huge and depending on the location of your cabin , a lot of walking isinvolved to get from your cabin to the various restaurants. The food selection is excellent and plentiful - but invariably warm and not hot. Coffee in the cafeteria awful. Go early as there is a scramble at food times and the Italians are not ...

This was our families first cruise and we had a wonderful time. The best thing about the cruise was the friendly staff and great service. I really could not fault them. The rooms, we had a balcony and the kids had a room without a view. The rooms were much better than I thought. Also better than I thought was the food. It was great. The big disappointment was the ports visited. We did not have ...

We chose this cruise because of it's itinerary and because it linked with another MSC cruise, The Orchestra, from Venice. We were two couples with no children. The Poesia is a well designed ship with modern interiors overall. The cabin was very comfortable and a good size. This is where the experience stopped! In point form: * Staff did not generally engage with the passengers - felt like ...

I’ve never added anything to the forum so though it was time to pay back for all of the great info. I have found during my research for a recent cruise. It really is a great place to find out what to expect, but it’s like most sites that allow people to give opinions. If you look at trip advisor etc. every hotel or cruise boat would appear to be a nightmare, but I guess it’s because people tend to ...

I have been on many cruises and found MSC Poesia a great cruise. I read all the bad reviews and book anyway because they were going to the destinations I wanted to visit. I'm glad I booked, I was happily surprised at how clean the ship was, friendly the staff was and how good the food was, especially after reading the bad reviews. Not sure why others gave bad reviews, this is a great cruise for ...
