Fjords Fantastic, Wheelchair friendly ship and ports. Staff very helpful getting on off ship with wheelchair.

As suite passengers,embarkation is always smooth,taken almost immediately and then in to the priority lounge where you get complimentary teas,coffees and snacks.
Then onto ship and through to champagne lunch,which we always love.
Our cabin was always clean and tidy thanks to the wonderful Umesh,our butler Andrew was also always helpful.

Despite some reservations in view of some reviews the dates worked for us and the Fjords was somewhere we had not previously visited.

2nd time on Ventura but the lack of coffee machines at the bars is no good for caffeine fans. There us one Costa on level 5 which is so busy one often left due to queues. There are machines in buffet restaurants but coffee is often weak

Chose this as our first ever cruise as destinations and length of time ( 7 days) seemed to suit. I really cannot fault anything about our experience. We had a superior deluxe cabin on Deck 9, it was spotless and our cabin steward kept it that way for the whole 7 days.
