We spent a week on Fantasia and an overall experience was positive except few remarks.
NO SMILE policy is something you notice in a day or two. As an ex crew member on a bigger cruise line i know how important a guest satisfaction was, even if we only talk about greetings.
English is not mandatory, so the more languages you speak, the better for you to get around.

All in all a very negative Experience:
- Cabin sold for 4 People (2 Adults + 2 Child), but equipped just with a Double Bed + a Sofa that becomes a 1 and half Bed. If the Child are Teenagers (like in our Case), you can easily imagine that there is no Space for everybody. The disappointment started with the embarkation. The process did not go smoothly at all. I have an injured left leg and should not walk for far lengths.
