My big problem is the spa wants tht guest to buy a lot of produ7cts that I will never use. And I was charged for vitamins and tea that I did not get and do not need. The lady was great that did the relexology but I do not use any of the products.
The Emerald was great but I would have perefered to cruise out of San Francisco noi San Pedro.

Very sorry to say after many Princess cruises we have seen the quality deteriorate the last couple years. This recent cruise on Emerald was the icing on the cake and will be our last with them. We choose this cruise to see the whales again and we really had a great experience with the whales. We also had never been to Honolulu, Hilo or Kauia. A bit dated but overall in decent shape. Dining rooms were well kept up and the casino was spacious. Decks were clean and emergency boats were in top shape. Every cruise I find spots that need painted and this cruise was no exception. However it’s on the decks exposed to the salt so it’s normal to see this. I expect only a new ship is totally rust free.
