Cruised with Princess twice before and had a great experience again this time. Professional, Solid service each time. Cabin was cleaned well each day and had kind, service each mealtime with really good variety and quality of food. Entertainment was good and the excursions were top notch for the money. We choice this cruise because we want to see the glacier in Tracy bay, we didn't get into see the glaciers due to flowing ice in the arm area. Do NOT book spa services ahead of cruise you can get better deals on the ship (they provide discounts) that they don't provide on the internet. SAD.
