I have been on over 25 cruises and the service our group of 10 just experienced on the 6/4/17 sailing was the best ever. We considered trying some specialty restaurants but opted to stay with the complimentary dining options and we were not disappointed at all. We had Anytime Dining but were to reserve a table for 10 at 6:00 for the duration of the cruise. Food and service were excellent in main ...

Could Do Better at Customs in Jamaica

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

Heard so much about this ship and wanted to experience it... Great ship. But going thru custom In Jamaica was horrible. The custom guards just tear, rip up our bags when we came thru custom. They search thru out stuff with not respect to our personal items and no dignity. Coming thru custom to return on the boat was very bad. Those custom guards need a lot more training. The whole experience ...

This cruise was an amazing gift from my daughter and her family. The staff was attentive, friendly and added to the overall experience in a very positive way. I went up to the Sun deck (I think) on the bow of the ship to watch us leave Port Canaveral. It was windy but I loved it and it was fun to look at the space center from the telescopes there and from the ocean when we cleared the port. I ...

Did some exploring in Cape Canaveral before the cruise. Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, Airboat ride. Arrived at the port at 1115. It took about 1 hour to get on the ship. But the lines moved fairly fast. Took the cruise with my wife. The ship was in better condition than I had expected. The cabin was what I expected. Royal Caribbean renewed my faith in cruise food. (last ...

Too many people!

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

Far too many people. We had to stand in line for almost everything. There are not enough chairs at the pool for the guests on the ship and the cruise announcer was extremely annoying. Announcements would come on over dinner and blast the speakers while you were trying to eat saying things like, "GIVE IT UP FOR THE DINING STAFF" so loudly that you would want to leave. The amenities were nice, but ...

We had a lovely trip celebrating my husband's parents' 50th anniversary! Our waiter and cabin steward offered such personal and fabulous service! The activities were enjoyable. The carousel and ice skating were highlights for my 9 year old daughter. Shuffleboard, ping pong, and rock climbing were highlights for my 15 year old son. The ship was very clean. Staff were always cleaning or ...

Overall this was a fantastic cruise, amazing staff as always, and a definite recommendation. It has been a while since we cruised, and each time we were on ships that had recently been commissioned, Freedom and Allure. The Oasis is newer than those now, but has been out since 2009, so it seemed a little worn compared to what we were used to. However, we were incredibly impressed by the ...

The food was very good, especially dinner in the main dining room. Our stateroom attendant was excellent. He was always there in our times of need. The ship was very crowded everywhere you go. Lines to get into everything. The ship is kept very clean. Our waiter and assistant waiter in the main dining room were excellent. They made our dining experience pleasant and the service was fast. ...

We just got back from the Oasis of the Sea cruise and had a great time. The cabin was small but that was to be expected. Our room attendant was great and had the room ready when we arrived. I have read the review about the food and I can tell you that the food was not that bad at all. The food was very bland with no seasoning. When we checked into this, RCL said that they have to be careful ...
