Loyal Royal carribean travellor who is disappointed in many aspects of there service, cost cutting in simple luxuries no chocolates on pillows, now getting many items pre packaged not fresh, dining room staff only interested in survey satisfaction scores, food Luke warm and bland, waiters wanted us to order all 3 courses on an evening, when I prefer to order desert after main course. Oasis is ...

I choose this ship based off of a friends satisfying reviews. There are so many events to choose from as far as restaurants, bars, entertainment, physical activities, pools and hot tubs. We were able to move freely from one event to the next and never felt overly crowded or slighted. We enjoyed the variety of the nightlife. So many variations of music, something for many different cultures. ...

Nice ship but not great

The Oasis of the Seas is a gorgeous ship, and all the neighborhoods have something to offer. We found that over 6000 passengers on this packed cruise were too many. The itenerary was also a bit disappointing. I will try to walk you through what led to my conclusions. Embarkation/Disembarkation - No complaints. Both processes went smoothly and quickly. We had forgotten lanyards for our ...

The Oasis of the Seas was amazing. What made it even better though, was most staff. Very friendly, welcoming staff that do everything in their power to help you and to help give you the best time on your vacation. My vacation will never be forgotten and neither will some of the staff. Both me and my girlfriend, had a great time aboard the ship and are definitely looking forward to booking our next ...

Second time on Oasis! We love everything about the ship! Food was amazing! Entertainment and things to do are awesome! Aqua suite with Genie is the way to go! Save up and live it up! Best experience ever! Jamaica and Cozumel were wonderful ports of call! So much to do on the ship! All kids loved their kid programs! Shows were great! Ice show was our favorite! Drinks were great! Cabin was spacious ...

We have been sailing on Royal Caribbean for many years and have always had a great time! Here are a few of the troubling things that we encountered on this recent cruise on the Oasis of the Seas. 1) Our cabin steward was very pleasant however for a newer ship we found the sofa to be very worn and stained. 2) The Toilet had a black moldy ring around the water line that could be removed with ...

A group of seven family and friends traveled to destinations we had not yet been on aboard a ship that we had not yet traveled. The positives were that there are some beautiful areas on the ship to visit and the shows were wonderful. The negatives were rude customer service reps that were unable to address problems. Bar experiences were quite lacking and the drinks ordered were not great. Phones ...

We chose this cruise based on recommendations from friends. I didn't realize it was one of the biggest cruise boats in the world when I booked it and was glad it was the first cruise boat we went on. We didn't have any trouble with motion sickness at all. I would highly recommend this cruise and cruise line to anyone and everyone! We went to 3 ports and booked excursions at each. ...

Biggest ship in the world, biggest disappointment as well...

We were super excited about going on the biggest ship in the world (it was when we booked it, then the Symphony came along and ruined that plan :) ) I had written a nice long review about the ship and its features but opted for an easier to read version. The boat is huge but still crowded. there aren't enough seats inside to house everyone at night, especially if its raining and the aqua ...

Great boat, great staff. Really good ashore places and activities. Really fast embarkation and diaembarkation. The boat is fantastic, amazing parkwalk and amazing boardwalk. We liked the open places where you could walk under the open sky. The feel of being om 6'th floor and look up at the open sky is fantastic. The food was really good. I recommend having ala'carte dinner at the silk/grand ...
