2nd sailing on the Oasis. First time was an excellent experience. This time was a let down. Food was not great. Selections were poor so was stuck eating the same meal over and over. I thought central park made sandwiches to order last cruise, but this cruise was premade sandwiches that they heated up. Too bad if you didn't like all the ingredients or have allergies. Windjammer had more choices but ...
We decided to do a neighborhood cruise from The Villages, FL. on the beautiful Oasis taking the Eastern Caribbean itinerary. This was our 4th cruise on the Oasis and it was good to be back on her. Final call had a total of 49 cruiser's heading out for 7 days of fun and over indulgence with the many food choices available.
The Oasis class ship is our ship of choice with the many venues ...
Royal Caribean has by the far the best ships for most adult travelers! Their shows are professional every night and you would pay hundreds to see them otherwise! Whether it is the ice shows, the broadway shows or the water shows, they absolutely professional and fantastic! Their food and service are excellent and their prices are affordable.
BUT, if you like to social ballroom dance as we ...
We did a back to back Nov 25 - Dec 2 and Dec 2 - Dec 9. The ship is very big and it was our first time on a mega ship we have always cruised on the smaller ones. We are Diamond Plus and we loved the Diamond lounge.
We found the promenade to be like a shopping mall and just not our thing. The evening activities we great there.
attended all the shows and really enjoyed them a lot. ...
We are experinced cruisers with over 100 ocean cruise and 5 river cruises all on different lines.
We booked this b2b a year prior to departure which was a great value off the price of balcony cabin and all the TA amenities included.
Our fare average 55.20/pp/per day with Diamond lounge drinks. 4 specially dinners, 2 bottles of wine, pre paid gratuities, prepaid soda package and ended up with ...
When we saw CATS was being performed on this ship, we had to book this cruise. It's been 30 years since we've seen CATS on Broadway and in Toronto, and it was every bit as good on the Oasis of the Seas. We saw it twice! In general, Royal Caribbean spared no expense--great performers, choreography and technical effects--on all the shows onboard. We also especially enjoyed the ice show (with the ...
The ship is fantastic, love the Oasis Class, and if this is your first cruise you will be WOWED by everything. I will say if you are a repeat cruiser with Royal Caribbean, as my husband and I are, you will find that RC is cutting staff, services, and unfortunately food quality (our dinner table found all steak choices were tough). The food choices on the dinner menu appears to be diminishing ...
Very good cruise. First time booking with RLC and they did not disappoint me. Oasis of the Seas is a beatiful ship, The theater had great shows ad we enjoyed our experience there. The cabin was comfortable enough, and we had pleasant nights there. The food was super good, specially pizza from Sorrentos.
The staff was good, the ship is huge so there's less "crowd density". Smoker areas were ...
We normally cruise twice a year and rccl is our favorite line.
Checking was amazingly fast we left our hotel at 11am and was sitting in suite lounge at 1130. Most organized luggage pickup in all my 60 plus cruises.
This was also our first cruise as diamond plus, but when you are in a suite those perks do not mean much.
Owners suite was huge, we normally book grand suites, big difference ...
We are Diamond Plus Crown and Anchor members. We have sailed 25 times with RCCL and this was our 4th cruise on the Oasis. We chose this cruise because the Oasis is our favorite ship operated by RCCL and from past experiences had the best food. We looked forward to the Holiday cruise leaving Port Canaveral on 11/18/18.
We found that there were very long lines waiting to get into the terminal ...
