Best cruise I've ever been on.

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

Food was great, especially on "vintages". Lots of beautiful shows and parades. Its a huge ship, so you might get lost once or twice, but you get used to it. Boardwalk, Central Park, and Royal Promenade are magical. Everyone treats you like if you were some kind of king. The cabins are very comfortable and they give you much privacy. When we were onboard, we saw the Total Eclipse. It was ...

We very much enjoyed our time aboard the Oasis of the Seas, Total Eclipse Cruise. My husband and I began planning about 10-11 months beforehand, and thanks to the reviews here on Cruise Critic we were able to navigate the overwhelming number of options. This was my first experience and it was a wonderful memory for a lifetime! Prior to departure, the online cruise planner tool was very helpful ...

the ship was bigger than i thought, but once i was on board it was really good to see so many people just getting on with things as though it was the norm, which made me feel at home. once i got to my cabin i was much more relaxed, in the evening we went to the dinning room and found that it had a lot of different foods to choose from there was something for everyone, after dinner we went to ...

Our first family cruise was amazing on the Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas ship. Everything was top notch and the service was impeccable. Loved every minute including the special itinerary that included seeing the total eclipse of the sun with protective glasses provided for all passengers. We were delighted to be upgraded to an ocean balcony room that included a spacious bathroom, king size bed ...

My wife and I chose this cruise prior to the announcement that it was going to be the Total Eclipse cruise based on information from a travel agent who recommended the ship. We have cruised a few times on other cruise lines on what we thought were "large" cruise ships. None of them compared with the Oasis of the Seas. We used Go Port Canaveral as the shuttle service because we could leave ...

We went on this cruise with friends ( a group of 10). Everyone had a great experience. The food was great and the staff was friendly. Lots to eat and drink. We were on the "Eclipse" cruise so got to see DNCE and Bonnie Tyler. Joe Jonas even did a selfie with our girls. We were on deck 12 with a balcony room. The room was a bit small at first but there is lots of storage space. In St. ...

Too many problems not being addressed

We are diamond plus crown and anchor members. So we have a fair idea of what to expect from RC. I am disappointed to say that they were found wanting on a number of fronts First the stateroom. When we arrived the bin had not been emptied. The floor had not been vacuumed and there was hair in the bathroom sink. We requested bathrobes but didn't get them until 3 days into the cruise. We asked ...

It was our 4th time with royal Carribean . Once with Voyager of the Sea, 2x with Allure. It was a great experience with Voyager and allure. With Oasis of the Sea , the ship was shaky and rocking everyday when we're sailing . My family and friends , everyday somebody's complaining of dizziness. Some not able to sleep at night because of too much rocking. The staff at Oasis of the Sea were not as ...

Although very large, we didn't have to wait in long lines. Disappointed in the size of the comedy club, you need to book this entertainment early and online or you won't get in. Food is good. Service is excellent. The beach at Labadee is a disappointment, lots of sea grass growing in the water and uncomfortable to walk or stand in the water. We are taking this cruise again in December with 6 ...
