Sailed Back to Back - Loved it!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

My wife and I have never sailed Oasis but sailed on Allure in the past. First time from Port Canaveral. My wife was nervous with the influx of hurricanes hitting FLA. We flew in a day before sailing, stayed at the Embassy Suites, found the Florida Beer company across the street. That broke the ice and eased any apprehension. We sailed Oasis on Sunday and loved it so much we sailed BTB the ...

Horrible!

Worst Guest Services in the world. My wife sustained a severe injury while riding the “Zip Line” on the ship. On the approach to the landing platform, her left foot struck the open glass panel which protrudes into the path of the zip line. She is not very tall, only about 5’ 5” and her knees were bent per the instructions. In no scenario, should her foot be able to reach the glass panel. ...

My wife and I took chose this 7-night cruise to Labadee, Jamaica and Cozumel for our first cruising experience and will unfortunately not cruise on Royal again anytime soon. Pros: - Cabin was larger than expected, cleaned twice per day and had a friendly staff - Oasis is a huge ship with many activities - Most on-board shows were pretty good and I found Cats to be excellent - ...

This was our 51st cruise and finally sailed on one of the mammoths, Oasis of the Seas. Though we worried it might be too big for us, or feel like a shopping mall, there was nothing to worry about. We had a Jr. Suite on Deck 11, very near the Diamond Club. Loved the junior suite with walk-in closet and oversized balcony and the proximity of our cabin to the elevators and the Diamond ...

We chose this ship to experience one of the larger ships. We have been on the Freedom and a couple of the smaller ships. I was able to book it the day they released the Harmony and was able to get an extremely good price. We had a great time and the ship was really nice. We had an oceanview cabin and was able to see the sunrise from our window 3 of the mornings. Maxine, our room steward was ...

Our Mother had been on the cruise before and raved, She came with us, We were Very impressed with everything. We have sailed with you before, but on smaller ships. We thought with more guests that waits would be longer. This was NOT the case, We waited less, had No lines. Everything was thought out perfectly !!!! The dinning options were great. We like to eat breakfast and lunch in the dinning ...

Wow is this ship huge! My sister-in-law gave us a tour when when we first boarded the ship and it felt like it just kept going and going. There is a lot of walking to get to your destinations on the ship. The cabin was very nice, we were on the 7th floor with a balcony. It had a lot of little places to store all your things and hang things up. We were not to far from the elevators. This was a ...

My wife and I had always wanted to take a cruise, so we decided to do it by taking this cruise. Overall, we were very impressed with this cruise! It was a fantastic and wonderful vacation! This cruise was recommended to us by our travel agent. She signed us up, and we read many of the reviews on the Oasis of the Seas on this site. We knew to check the online cruise planner beforehand. We ...

Excellent Western Caribbean Cruise Amongst All The Hurricane Tragedies

First and foremost, I want to say that not all the parts of the cruise were poor. In fact, most of it WAS excellent. But I figured I'd highlight the negatives, so that you can read an open and honest opinion about the cruise. I guarantee that no matter how poor the reviews are, you will still have an excellent and amazing time, because this is a very relaxing and luxurious vacation! Still one of ...

We have previously cruised on the big girls and it has become our ship of choice. So many venues and things to do that keep us busy from morning to night. This cruise was a surprise for DW as we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and it all went off without a hitch even though Irma tried her best to mess things up. Two days before the cruise I mentioned the upcoming event and boy was she ...
