Terrible food and mediocre customer service. I would never recommend MSC as a result. The food was tasteless meaning little to no spices, herbs or sauces. The dining room and buffet menus were repetitive meaning the same items daily at lunch and dinner. Their customer service approach is reactive instead of proactive. My wife booked MSC in the blink way before the sail date, no research, the price was great and all the ports seemed good.

This is a longish review as I had read some very negative MSC reviews prior to leaving Australia for this cruise on MSC Orchestra. However, we still went with open minds and open hearts.

The trip itinerary sounded amazing and what I needed from a vacation. I got much more than I bargained for. Embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly. The cabin was comfortable and I mostly commend the crew. There were a few crew members who went above and beyond to make my trip enjoyable and comfortable and I am very appreciative of that.

This cruise ship was clean and tidy but the cruise was a disaster hoping to have a lovely Xmas cruise we were very very disappointed .The food was disgusting most of the time it was served after a long wait more often than not it was COLD and undercooked . We had hoped MSC might be a good alternative cruise line, after dozens of cruise with others. IT IS NOT. The ship was lovely and accommodations fine, but there is simply NO service on the ship.
