I choose this cruise for the itinerary and had never cruised with MSC before. Our distilled water for a CPAP Machine was not available even though the request was made online. The food was terrible. No flavor, bland, repetitive, no variety. I lost 10 lbs on the 30 day cruise. Contradicting instructions given all the time. Two of our tours were changed and we were not told about until the night ...
We have just completed a seven day cruise on the MSC Musica to Greek Islands starting from Haifa yesterday the 4th May 2023
The ships senior front of house and officers need to show understanding that there are paying passengers aboard and treat them accordingly
The cruise in itself was mediocre at best the waiters and room staff were good and no complaints on their service but whilst we ...
Shambolic from start to finish. Embarking was a nightmare, with queues of people waiting hours, I had a disabled diabetic person with me who was in desperate need of food and facilities. I had to queue jump many many people to get some attention. Staff were unable to cope. Not a good first impression! Eventually we boarded several hours late and the some of our luggage arrived during the night and ...
We are long-time cruisers and decided to take a cruise from Montevideo, Uruguay, South America to Athens. A 24 day one, longer than our usual but the price was very, very low and visited 4 countries we had never been to. The itinerary was great, and stops were largely fascinating and enjoyable. Not so our cruise ship the MSC Musica.
We boarded in Montevideo and had to stand in line (yes ...
Just arrived in Buenos Aires on the MSC Musica this morning after an 8 day cruise with 3 stops in Brazil and one stop in Uruguay. This was our 7th MSC cruise and 16th cruise overall.
EMBARKATION: Embarkation was pretty good. We were Aurea so had priority check in. The only problem with that is there was no priority line anywhere at any stage. We had to bring our negative Covid test, passport ...
I have been doing the Cruise yearly with the Finesse Ladies group and it's the highlight of my year! We book yearly before we get off for the following year and it's a habit that we will continue to do as long as possible!
My mom passed away on the 6th February this year and I enjoyed the quiet time on the deck to make peace with the big loss I encountered!
Me and my friends enjoyed all ...
our main reason for undertaking the cruise was to visit the Portuguese Island, unfortunately because of the weather we were not able to.
Embarkation/Disembarkation reasonably smooth
Ship - very good
Cabin - Reasonable, bit small , bedding not good
Dining - dinner service very good (table 625 -Mahendra and Vicky) variety/choice of foods not very good. Breakfast/Lunch not adequate ...
The boat is beautiful and the facilities good, but the catering was of the lowest standard I have even seen on any cruise. The buffet was a disaster. The cocktail were watered down and the service was poor in the deck bars. The Savannah Bar was the best bar on the boat and I enjoyed it.
The casino service was non existent. As a Silver Member I was extremely disappointed in the fruit basket ...
we are black/ diamond member's
with this there is supposed to be numerous privileges like free dining art a specialty restaurant for 2 PER membership card this was disputed by the management of the restaurant stating that it is only one per cabin eventually the concierge of diamond voyagers club got it through middle managements think heads that its per card, that was the first of many trips ...
I spent two nights in Marseille, France, before the cruise began. Because of weather conditions we were taken by coach to Cannes where we boarded.
I was in an inside cabin on deck 11, which was quiet adequate for my needs.
The stewards, Donald and Mariavan, were very helpful and caring.
I was very satisfied with the food on board, both buffet and dining room.
I did not find the ...
