Wonderful Cruise on Liberty

Had a great time on Carnival Liberty, There were 12 pax in my group, some first timers on Liberty. My family of 4 sailed on Liberty for the 2nd time. The food and service in the MDR was outstanding. The tables had tablecloths and water was poured by our server. The appetizers served family style, at least at our table for 12 were calamari, flat bread and Caesar salad. Other appetizers were served ...

This is a long review, so grab a cup of coffee and enjoy. We are a family with 3 kids ages, 15-12-8. We really enjoy cruising Carnival not only because the price point allows us to afford to go on a 7 day cruise, but we can get two balcony connecting rooms and we’re almost guaranteed there are a lot of other families with kids which makes it nice for our kids to make friends and have a better ...

Another great cruise

We took a cruise to the Eastern Caribbean on the Liberty during the first week of March. This was actually our second time on the Liberty and we were just as impressed (if not more) this time around as before. As far as other member reviews that criticize this ship, I honestly don't know what else they could want. We had one of the best cruise experiences that we have ever had; this is our 8th ...

I traveled with my family in Feb on the Carnival Liberty. We have been on larger and newer ships and wasnt sure what to expect. The price was great so we booked. The ship was nice, it had water slides that entertained my 10yr old. My teen daughter was happy lounging in her chair over looking the ocean with her books. I found the dining areas clean and staff on the ship wonderful. Our steward was ...

This was our second time cruising with Carnival and we had a great time. Our cabin staff was awesome and anticipated our every need and our MDR staff was great as well - we never waited too long and our food was always super hot and delicious. We travelled with friends who had never sailed with Carnival and they enjoyed themselves although they thought our Head waiter was not the most friendly (we ...

First Time Cruiser • Age 40s

This was the first cruise for my husband and I. There was 12 people in our group. We were supposed to leave port at 4:00 but didn't leave until 8:30 p.m. There was something broken with the fresh water system and they wouldn't let us leave port until it was fixed. The staff on board for the most part were excellent. Our cabin steward checked on things several times a day and helped us with ...

Too much rocking and food not that great

Our cabin was in the back of the boat. It literally felt like there was a freight train at times in our cabin. It was rocking so bad that we had to put towels around the lock safe because of the banging noise. My fiance had been on other cruises and had never felt anything like it. It was my first cruise so thank God I used the wrist bands and did not get sick. It wasn't just the back of the boat ...

The Carnival Liberty was very clean and our room was great as always, and we did have fun visiting Half Moon Cay, San Juan, St. Thomas, and Grand Turk. This cruise we went out on our own and had a lot of fun, as for Grand Turk if you are going Scuba or snorkeling just enjoy the day at Margaretville, DO NOT bother going on an Island tour (the hop on hop off bus is hop off but rarely hop back ...

Just back from our cruise on the Liberty, The ship itself is beautiful, some of the staff were excellent, some not so! Our cabin steward DeDang was the best, he was always friendly and helpful. We sailed the Western Caribbean, Cozumel, Belize, Mahogany Bay & Caymen Island. this was my 8th cruise with Carnival and my boyfriends first, we sailed with another couple who has also sailed with carnival ...

I have to start out by saying I am amazed by such negative reviews. And to the person who did not like "Muppet" (not Muffet), while I do agree with you that she was kind of abrasive, I don't think it was quite as bad as all that!! We left out of Miami. Arrived a day early and stayed at the COurtyard by Marriott Downtown. They have a great shuttle to the port, only five bucks a person, but the ...
