Embarkation and disembarkation was amazingly smooth. Dining room and Wine Bar staff were exceptional. Entertainment was not as good as that on previous Princess cruises (9).This was one of many cruises to the Caribbean so the ports of call weren't of particular interest to us but I think most would have been enjoyable to the less traveled cruisers. This was our first 'drive to the cruise port' cruise. We drove from South Carolina to Fort Lauderdale with a one night stay at the Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast, FL. We did the Crown for South America and loved this itinerary! The Crown looked wonderful and the staff better than ever.

We have been with Princess since 2007, our first cruise. We always have great experiences and recommend them to all.
We have never encountered a 'bad' cruise or 'bad' service with Princess.
Yes some of their fleet is aging and need updating but they do their best.
