While the cabins were nice and centrally located, if you are a light sleeper you will want to be cautious of these cabins. We sailed on the Carnival Valor on August 22 - 29, 2015. This was our third Carnival Cruise and we stayed in a Grand Suite. On carnival, there are no amenities for suite guests as there are on Royal Caribbean, Holland America, and other cruise lines other than early embarkation/debarkation.
