In need of dry dock for mechanical and cabin updates

The Bad : Ship shakes under sail and unbelievably worse in port, especially annoying when you are dining. Common areas good condition but we had hit and miss cabins this fall and winter, some ok and some awful condition. Ship staff said they can’t update the rooms without a dry dock and the company keeps putting that off. Personally had and witnessed some negative interactions with the Guest ...

We wanted to do at least 14 days without returning to ft Lauderdale. So we choose the 14 day circle the Caribbean. The Caribbean princess now has the medallion in full use and has a negative effect on the coffee package if you don't use all 15 speciality coffees on this cruise you loose them can't carry over to next cruise. Also on this cruise food was very good in regular dinning rooms an ...

Great itinerary. Know the ship been on her before. Some change to way buffet done, found it easier to get to food. Entertainment was much better than last time. Had 8 ports of call most were great, two so so. Wife not a big fan of cruising but had a awesome time. Some tours booked on ship were reasonable , booked others through Shore Excursioneer. Overall was a nice relaxing vacation. Great price ...

Loved the 14 days that wasn't B2B

This was our first 14 day cruise and we loved it! This ship has become a sort of prototype for trying our new things I think. It's the first for Ocean Medallion (even though other ships are going thru installation - this one is the most further along). We were fortunate enough to have JP (from Corporate) onboard to talk about where they were with it and how it will be an ongoing adventure for ...

We chose this cruise for the itinerary and price. We had cabin B730. Room needs up grading. The sitting chair was gross even though you could see they had tried to clean it. The beds kinda sunk in the middle and we used a pillow to fill it in. The room size is fine but probably for 14 days would spring for a larger cabin. Cabins B612 and that area must have had a noisy cruise there was a dryer ...

We chose this for the number of ports visited. We has issues with our pre ordered wine as they no longer carried those so we ended up paying more for similar wine plus gratuities. All the staff were very attentive, friendly and very hard working. The ship is very nice and we had no issues about the boat at all. The entertainment was top notch and worth the price of the cruise alone. The ...

We were invited to join a group. Group never went in the end due to health issues so just four of us went. Worked out fine for everyone. Embarking was a real easy process. YAHOO! We like cruising every second year. This one had some great ports. Trinidad however was FILTHY! Would never consider going there again. Food was good, Brenda and Cravy treated us well at dinner. They were attentive but ...

My husband and I are in our early and mid thirties and we travel often, however this was our first and probably our last cruise for a very long time. We chose this cruise based on the ports of call which were fabulous with the exception being Trinidad. Entertainment: The average age on this cruise was around 80 years old and we found the entertainment was geared towards this age group. The ...

We chose this cruise because of the dates and itinerary. Husband turned 70 and we wanted to celebrate. First time on this ship and we liked it. The new medallions work well so did the WiFi. We had some free minutes being Platimum but they seemed to evaporate. Our cabin was on deck 15 forward, this was a new position for us but we liked it. The bed was really comfortable. The balcony was ...
