This cruise was in Canada in an area that we hadn't seen before & we didn't have to fly overseas.
It started in Quebec City overnighting there. It was really hot in Quebec & we took a walking tour that was supposed to be moderate but many of us couldn't keep up with the tour guide. Someone ran ahead to ask her to slow down.

Have taken 14 cruises using several cruise lines… 2 with Princess that were very good experiences….
This one was disappointing on many levels.
1. Customer service pre-cruise weak (45 min waits on phone and reps with no answers)
2. Limited number of excursions- closed out of several eight weeks before cruise

My wife and i loved the cruise but we would have loved to see a comedian like Michael JR or Tim Hawkins who r family friendly comedians. We thought the itinerary would be a great summer escape from the heat and it was! Except for two hours it took to get onboard and the sliding glass door being shattered on our mini-suite balcony.
