Second trip on Caribbean Princess

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Caribbean Princess

We have sailed on many Princess ships, and loved the itinerary that this cruise had to offer, visiting Princess Cays, St. Martin, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, Antigua, and Saint Maarten. This cruise was unique in that they are implementing their Medallion program, which is the way of the future. It is still not fully operational, and I must say that having a majority of older passengers on this cruise ...

I have never written a review before but here I go. I am a Platinum member working on getting to Elite. Normally I would have a 4 or 5 rating for Princess but this cruise I did have some disappointments. When I found this 10 day cruise I was excited because it had 6 ports. 3 of which I have been to and 3 where new ports. We stayed at the Hilton Marina the night before and that was OK. It was ...

The Caribbean Princess is a destination in itself. The ship is beautiful and very clean. The staff, service and food are amazing. So many choices for dining. You can be busy all the time or just relax and enjoy a quiet place to read a book. The new Medallion Class is easy and fun to use and the internet is very fast. You can order your drinks, make reservations and play games on your smart ...

First time cruising on Princess, two couples traveling together and we have cruised quite a bit, on carnival, and Norwegian, we all thought the activities on the cruise were quite limited compared to what we were used to. Seemed like even the music around the ship catered to an older crowd (we're in our 50's). The destinations were good and we did enjoy our excursions. Food was okay, we ate in the ...

Very Nice Cruise

We are Elite on Princess and are very familiar with the ships. This cruise had a nice itinerary and for a 10 night cruise, visited some of the islands you don't get on a 7 night like Saint Lucia and Antigua. We have been on numerous Caribbean cruises and for that reason haven't been back for a number of years. Ship had been refurbed in 2018 so it was nice to be on the ship with new carpeting, ...

We sat at a table with 4 pleasant strangers. Aside from one dinner of sliced tenderloin, none of us were impressed with the food. The lobster was small and extremely salty. Usually I request a second tail but it was so salty that none of us requested more even though we were still hungry. The waiter and helper were wonderful! Always attentive to our slightest need. The salt and lime glow ...

October 18 – 28, 2018, Caribbean Princess, 10 Day Eastern Caribbean Voyager This is my 4th cruise on the Caribbean Princess, she has become my favorite ship in the Princess lineup. I consider her a midsize ship, even though I am handicapped, she is easy to navigate, ability to reach all decks and areas, and the cabins are comfortable, well equipped and easy to locate. I chose this cruise ...

Our destination to the Panama Canal was the reason we chose this cruise. Princess delivered a wonderful vacation. The stateroom and ship were in excellent condition. The food was wonderfully prepared and presented at each meal. We selected anytime dining and enjoyed meeting people from all over the world. The World Market was our breakfast location of choice. The selection and caliber of food was ...

Excellent on-board entertainment in the Princess Theatre

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Caribbean Princess

Princess put in a lot of time, effort, and money to produce some high quality and high tech performances. The best we've seen to date. The cabin was another matter. We like the interior cabins (no light, sleep in). We ended up booked in an interior cabin with bunk beds. We didn't know it had the additional berths for two people, and made an already cramped cabin almost unbearable. With the ...
