Overall we did enjoy our cruise on this huge ship. On the positive side the meals were always good and the staff were mostly attentive and made us very welcome. However we did notice that although hand sanitisers were in place at the entrances to all the restaurants there were no staff monitoring the use of them. Boarding onto the Sapphire Princess in Singapore was very quick and trouble free, and we were into our stateroom within 25mins after filling out the required immigration documents.
