This ship should be based on the U.K. more often, it is perfect for the UK with an enclosed conservatory with swimming pools.
I have read a few reviews of this ship and this cruise - we travelled as a party of 6 - my parents and our daughters aged 11 and 8. Many reviews comment on how it would be unsuitable for children - not true. Our girls loved it, the shows, the food and the swimming ...
Chose this cruise for the itinerary which looked very good. We have sailed before with Princess and enjoyed it. The ship was so crowded that we missed half of the evening shows because the theatre was crammed to the point of people arguing about the saving of seats. A ship's officer had to intervene. Every night it was standing room only, and that was if you could get it in. This was also the ...
We chose this cruise to Norway as we have traveled quite extensively but not to this region. The embarkation was well organized, as typical for Princess, and went smoothly. We had a balcony cabin on the Lido deck that was very convenient for the breakfast and lunch buffet. The cabin was not glamorous but had a very comfortable bed, plenty of closet space and beautiful views. Our steward was a ...
The main reason we selected this cruise was for the itinerary which was only offered by Princess twice in 2018 and is rarely offered by other cruise lines. We sailed from Southampton to Stavanger, through amazing fjords, and all the way to the northernmost point in Europe at the North Cape. There were 10 different ports of call all of which provided amazingly beautiful scenery, wildlife ...
This was my third sailing with Princess since 2013 and it has really gone down hill. The Norwegian Fjords were obviously STUNNING but if I were to do the same itinerary again (and I absolutely would go to Norway again in a heartbeat), I would go with a different cruise line.

The transfers to and from the cruise terminal and Heathrow airport were hectic with people rushing us to ...
We booked a family cruise on this ship and we really expected a lot. Embarkation went very smoothly, even easily than in the airport. The ship was clean enough, the cabin was checked and cleaned twice a day, but we had an animal made of towel, only once, my younger daughter loved it! Unfortunately, I was well disappointed by the cruise, overall: not a wide variety of food, and not suitable for ...
This was our 5th cruise and 3rd consecutive voyage with Princess; we have typically preferred the colder routes slightly outside of the main school holidays, so we were a little anxious about sailing to the Mediterranean. We have enjoyed previous cruises to Norway and the Baltics, but due to living in the North West (UK) where we usually get mild, wet summers it has been frustrating to experience ...
It was our (myself, husband and 2 kids aged 18 and 7) first time cruising, and were really looking forward to what sapphire princess had to offer after hearing such good things about it from various people. As an overview the food was good, service was sometimes a little hit and miss in the anytime dining although all staff were very pleasant. Apart from receptionist when we asked how to go about ...
Just wanted to start of by saying that this is the first time after 12 princess cruises I have posted a review. Usually have every intention but never get around to doing it. What's made me post a review this time is by simply reading a couple of the previous negative reviews which considering we were on the same ship and in some cases the same dates, I am amazed we were on the same cruise as ...
Chose this cruise because of itinerary around Mediterranean. Embarking was very organised and pleasant and we’re on board within 30 minutes. Our state room had a large window and was spotless and had spaces for everything some quests said they missed having a kettle in room so they’re now providing them which does come in handy.Beds are very comfortable and very good quality bedding. We had ...
