Tampa We flew into Tampa a day before the cruise. We had dinner at the Columbia Restaurant which was amazing. I would definitely recommend eating here! Uber to the restaurant but took the trolley back to our hotel (Embassy Suites Downtown). Embarkation was easy! We booked a suite so we were on the boat before noon. So disappointed that the Miracle did not have a Guy’s Burger or Blue Iguana ...

We booked this cruise because it went to the ports of interest of our party. Also, it was a good bang for the buck. When I booked this cruise I advised my travle agent that I wanted a quiet cabin, Preferably a deck with staterooms above and below. No restaurants,Party decks, etc . Well, I guess my agent didn't listen. I was the deck below the Lido deck and it was very noisy for two evenings from ...

The decor on this ship is just bizarre! It needs a whole remodel. This was my fifth Ship i have cruised on with Carnival and i have to say my least favorite. The enterainment was awful they had serveral different bands that just didnt meet the standards Carnival had on past ships. We were very bored on this ship. They did the 80's Rock /glow party on the Lido and we had to leave because the band ...

Fun Ship and Good Time!

My wife and I were invited on this cruise by a friend of hers whose family was having a mini family vacation. We try to do at least 1 cruise a year and this was our 9th overall. As "Fun Ships" go it was certainly more intimate without feeling like you're right on top of other passengers. We purchased the FTTF package so we were boarded and in our stateroom on the 8th floor very quickly. We ...

My husband and I flew in the night before the cruise, then we used an Uber to get to the port. No problems at all. The embarkation went smoothly and we were on our way to fun quickly. We ate lunch at the buffet on Lideo. Lideo is where we ate breakfast and lunch most days. The food was okay but I have found that the food is not as good as it was when we first started cruising many years ...

Love the smaller ships

We knew nothing about the Miracle but it fit into the timing that we were looking for and the Port of Tampa is not that far away. Embarkation was tedious for us as handicapped we are used to priority boarding; which translates as going aboard when we arrive at the terminal - this did not happen and the "Captain's Lounge" was a joke - - it was just a cordoned off area with lemon water in a jug - - ...

Generally like carnival cruises. Days at sea had no breakfast or lunch in dining room just brunch. No room service last day. Only TV was CNN, two cartoon channels, sorry movies on that channel. Food was tasteless but lots of it. Staff was outstanding. Best room steward in last 25 cruises. Wanted to eat in the dining room for all meals but was at Lido more times than I wanted - to wait in ...

Worst food ever on Carnival Miracle Western Caribbean cruise

Choose this cruise because the departure port was close to home - Tampa. First let me say that I've been on a number of Carnival cruises and usually enjoy the food. This ship seems to be the exception. Ship was smaller and didn't have the typical Lido configuration of Guy's, Blue Iguana, large buffet, etc. Instead there were about 6 small, crowded little stations, mostly serving the same food ...

Adventure with friends

We went on our first cruise with a large group of friends. We met up in Tampa and took a shuttle to the port. Embarkation was very quick (faster to the fun) and a smooth process. We enjoyed walking around the ship and getting oriented before the muster drill. The sail away party was a lot of fun and going under the bridge was quite a sight as well. We found the ship to be clean and our cabin was ...

We had a wonderful time on our first family cruise. The price was allowed us to take this vacation. We were sad to miss a port due to hurricane Michael but our captain did a great job keeping us safe. Thanks to Frankie and all of his staff for a great time. The kids loved playing on deck and the trick or treating was a bonus. Our dinner staff, Liza and Ni Luh tested is like family! Our swim with ...
