We picked this cruise because we've always wanted to do a Mexican Riveria cruise and this one worked for our time off from work. We did not travel with any children or anyone else...just the husband and myself!!
The Miracle is a smaller ship compared to the other ships we've sailed on, but it was still an amazing vessel.
The cabin crew, wait staff, and all other employees were very ...
We booked a cruise for 22 of us : extended family for Christmas. Youngest was 11 and oldest 78. Overall it was a good venue for multiple ages of family. Unfortunately, they could not book all of our rooms together (we booked 8 months in advance) and we were spread all over the ship. This didn't help the "family cruise" feel. We all had balconies which were good sized. Room steward was ...
This is a smaller ship so therefore less people and I had a great time. The Christmas activities were really nice. My cabin stewards were great despite the amount of cabins they were servicing, and my cabin was well serviced.
Room service was on time and very friendly.
The dining room staff were awesome and super fast delivery of food or drinks.
I am booked back on this same ship next ...
We do our Christmas cruise, and enjoy the time, ports, and weather! This is our 6th Mexican Riviera cruise, and had another great time. We were cruising with a first time cruiser, and one who had not had a good experience on a long ago cruise. The ship is always clean. The service is always great!
There are a lot of families, but nothing annoying. Never had any issues with anything being out ...
What a wonderful experience from start to finish. The ship is a little old, but it still was beautiful. We tried out every restaurant and most of the bars as well. Our cabin steward made some of the most awesome towel animals, the bat hanging from the balcony door was my favorite. Everyone was very helpful. Staff was quick with a drink and quick to clear your dishes when you were finished with ...
unless they fix this, we wont book the Miracle again.
it was constant and hard to sleep... like the vibration of a clothes dryer that NEVER stopped
we heard multiple people complaining about this.
i noticed it was midship to aft only.
we ate at Nick & Nora's steakhouse last nite which was EXCELLENT and the table and plates were vibrating too. Even the waiter acknowledged it was an ...
just back today from 7 day Mexico Riviera trip over Christmas.
Service= Outstanding
Room= Very Nice
Spa/Exercise Room= Outstanding
Food= Cruise avg. except for Steak House which is $70 extra and WORTH IT
The deal breaker was the 24x7 constant VIBRATION in our room like the spin cycle on a washing machine... it was everywhere from midship to aft... i heard multiple people ...
The cruise itself was decent. Lots of pros and cons, some of which are listed below. The reason for the 2-stars is the poor post-cruise experience.
I pre-purchased the "premium" 6-day internet package for $89 since it promised the fastest internet speed. When I got on the Miracle on the 1st day, the internet was pretty much unusable. I screen-shot an internet speed test as proof in anticipation ...
We wanted to visit Hawaii without a long flight over to the islands. This was a 15 day "Journeys" cruise out of Long Beach California. There were 4 sea days before the islands as well as 4 after. We enjoyed all the special activities that Carnival had planned for those sea days. There were dance lessons, including hula, island crafts classes, seminars, cooking demonstrations & too much more to ...
We and three other couples choose this trip because we like a lot of sea days, wanted to see Hawaii again without the grueling flight, and considered it a great value. We flew in from Pittsburgh on a direct flight to LAX a day early - somewhat surprised how many others on this flight were also on this cruise. We stayed at the Queen Mary, which was fun, historic, and very close (walking distance.). ...
