This cruise was a chance for our entire family to enjoy a cruise together. We booked this a few weeks after we got off the Carnival Glory in 2018. This was our 12 year old son's 1st cruise and our 19 year old daughter's 3rd cruise, but 1st one in 13 years. This was also a chance to do a full family vacation before our daughter goes off on her own.
Why the Carnival Miracle? -
We wanted a ...
We have always found Carnival's Spirit-class ships (Spirit, Miracle, Legend, & Pride) to be just the right size to provide big-ship comfort with small-ship service and a superb design that includes ample space in all of the key common areas (lido deck on sea days, main show room, etc.). The Miracle certainly delivered on this cruise. The staff prided itself in outstanding service and delivered ...
Embarkation in Tampa on the Carnival Miracle was the fastest and smoothest of our 10 cruises we have been on. We literally where on the ship enjoying buffet 15 mins after our Uber dropped us off at the port. No waiting at all - just straight through. The boarding arrival appointment time is a great touch. Ours was 11:30-12:00.
The ship is an older ship and is in need of a refurbishment to ...
This was the absolute worst cruise we have ever been on. Severe lack of entertainment. Music was horrible no bands just violins an acoustic singers that were awful . Same soundtrack of 80s music throughout the entire cruise no variation . Deck party was a joke because there's no room on the deck for a party . Cruise director was not visible and engaging as on other cruises I have been the ...
This was an April vacation cruise for our 9 year old Grandson to visit the Grand Cayman Sea Turtle Research farm and have some fun in different countries. We booked a cruise on Carnival Miracle out of Tampa Florida.
Being a Mini-suite guest, we had some "perks" which included priority embarkation, debarkation - little things that in theory made things better. The embarkation process was very ...
Cruising the Panama Canal was on my husbands bucket list so this cruise was a birthday gift for him and our 29 year old son. This was my 28th cruise with Carnival and the second time on the Miracle so I'm not new to evaluating what works and what doesn't on these ships. I've sailed pretty much every class as well.
The Ship - So the Miracle is not the newest or my favorite. But it was a ...
Cruised with my 20 YO Granddaughter. Had a great time despite having very few younger people on the ship. First time to Panama Canal. Tampa embarkation is a little more difficult to me having to park across the street but ok. Got right on the ship. Cabin was in good position on the ship but Cabin steward was not the best I ever had. Enjoyed the entertainment. Food was adequate but not ...
The only the enjoyable thing on this cruise were the fellow passengers.
Staff: Unless they were working for extra tips at the bar or trying to sell you something, they looked and acted miserable. Some practically falling over tired.
Food: Im used to military gally food, and thats what they served. And it was the same food served in all four restraunts with only the $40 steakhouse having ...
Going to Panama canal was the highlight of our cruise...friendliest people onboard

My husband and I recently cruised on the Carnival Miracle and had a great time. The ship itself is very ornate and gawdy, but that is part of its charm. We found the common areas to be kept up and well maintained. Embarkation was not as smooth or fast as a Royal Caribbean cruise I had recently taken, but was not horrible. We had a fifth deck balcony cabin that was spacious enough with a ...
