Exceptionally rude customer service, you raise a complaint and they do nothing, just deny it and refuse it happened. Never any apologies. Service so bad, it becomes irritating and the food is tasteless and very little of it, Have to pay for water even for medication and tea/coffee only free at breakfast time and between 4 and 5.30 in the afternoon. We are a retired couple and chose this cruise because of the ports it called at - bad choice of ship.
The embarkation in Venice was awful with everybody pushing and shoving to get on first.
The ship was okay but the public toilets on Deck 2 were disgusting - some were always blocked and out of order.
