This ship is old ( 22 year's ) and seems to suffer problems that cannot be fixed. Our balcony room was hot and was never fixed time after time maintenance showed up to fix it they would leave the room sweating and the problem had not been corrected. I had incorrectly assumed that due to no sailings during co-vid and that the ship had been in for refurb that it would be refreshed. This sadly was not the case. SUMMARY The main reason for joining this cruise is the chance see the Northern Lights, as the Ports visited are not very interesting, especially when it is cold and wet. From the moment we stepped onto the ship, we received excellent service by every crew member we encountered.
