Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

OK, but could have been better

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

We sailed on the Celebrity Constellation Nov 28-Dec 7, 2015. This was our third cruise on the Constellation and she has a fantastic Captain and crew, as well as very friendly and efficient dining staff, cabin stewards, and entertainment. I won't go into all of the details of the entire cruise, but I will give the highlights: We drove from Tampa on Nov 27 and stayed at the Rodeway Inn on ...

We went on this cruise with a bunch of friends. We started off by staying in Fort Lauderdale for four days prior to departure. We like to spend time in Fort Lauderdale prior to cruising from Port Everglades. Overall..the Constellation is an older ship, but it is neat and tidy. This review will be based on the following five principles. Cabin/Stewart Food Dining Room/Service Food ...

Very Disappointed with Constellation

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

We are experienced cruisers and have elite status with Princess, Royal Caribbean, and Celebrity. We have always recommended Celebrity as the best cruise liner to everyone. It had been 5 years since we've cruised on Celebrity. We've mainly used Princess and Royal Caribbean. We were expecting excellent service, activities and food. We were shocked at how much Celebrity had changed. We ...

My wife and I decided to do a Thanksgiving week cruise on Connie. We first sailed on her in March of 2014 and was so impressed with the ship and Celebrity after 20 cruises on RCI. Embarkation: We arrived at the port at around 10:30 and all went smoothly. We got our seagrass cards quickly but did have to wait about 20 minutes for boarding to begin. Once onboard we headed up to the Oceanview ...

Wonderful Cruise Vacation!

This was my first experience with Celebrity and I was a little leery given many of the reviews I had read about Celebrity and their decline in service over the years. But the price was right so my husband and I decided to give them a try. We were not disappointed. In fact, it may have been one of the nicest cruise experiences I've ever had. That's saying a lot since we just cruised with RCCL ...

Great first cruise!

This Thanksgiving cruise was a first for my husband and myself... And, it was wonderful! First off, the ship exceeded a lot of my expectations. It is well maintained and extremely clean. It was easy to get around and easy to find a place to suite almost any mood. While it may not have all the bells and whistles of newer ships, it is comfortable and welcoming. Also, there was a lot going ...

Very Disappointing

I'm in this cruise as I write this. What a colossal disappointment. I took this cruise over the Thanksgiving week to try and do something new compared to the traditional family dinner. Mistake. Pros: rooms are more spacious than expected. Very easy embarkation process. Cons: sad to say there are many....too much emphasis on upselling, tips, paying for a little extra. It completely ruins the ...

Disappointed after being on Reflection the week prior.

It was a thanksgiving week so that may have been the problem according to Constellation previous cruisers and we were a couple not family. I had been on the Reflection the week before which was great and Summit last year which was better than Constellation in MHO. When boarding, there seemed to be some confusion as to where we should go. The boarding area didn't compare to Miami. The common areas ...

Good Celebrity Cruise

Short cruise from Ft Lauderdale to KW, Nassau. Booked in Aqua Class, which provides larger cabins on upper decks, and access to special restaurant, Blu. Overall very good experience..the ship is beautiful, and has an intimate feeling. Aqua class cabins were recently refurbished and had modern feel and sense of privacy. Entertainment was excellent. Kudos to the ships dance company which put ...

Extremely poor service from the Celebrity Constellation Guest Services

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

My husband and I had problems from the moment we boarded the ship. The first two persons we dealt with at the Guest Services desk were okay, nothing to rave or complain about, but we continued to experience problems including: our ship/cabin cards randomly being canceled causing long delays in getting drinks and food; getting locked out of our cabin; not being able to access the safe in our cabin ...
