We flew BA a day ahead and opted for the luggage transfer to hotel and airport. This was our second time staying in the Palace Hotel Copenhagen, they run the cruiseship people through like a well oiled machine!. It is a historic hotel that is kept clean, and is beautiful. We had not sailed Holland for several years. I feel that the clientele has moved to a much older crowd. Many guests on walkers, wheelchairs etc. My biggest disappointment was the itinerary during the day. There was nothing to do.
