We like cruising and had the opportunity this year to cruise over Christmas - looking for R&R, we chose the Panama Canal cruise which had a number of sea days.
Staff were always pleasant but it was 50/50 as to whether a request would yield a positive result - perhaps a language problem but it felt more like a management decision to not give staff any discretion in dealing with guests.

We were slightly disappointed on this cruise for a few reasons. We have sailed on her twice prior and even just coming out of a refurb she looks worn The on board activities seemed mostly geared to the spa and computer classes and not much else to do. Embarkation was a bit rocky because of having to switch wheelchairs. One is used in the terminal for check-in and is then replaced by another for boarding the ship. The Panama Canal was on our bucket list! It did not disappoint. We also enjoyed most of the other stops (Curacao, Aruba, Puerto Limon) but don't need to see Half Moon Cay again anytime soon.
