We purchased a Neptune suite in the rear corner, so we had good all-round views and a large veranda. The only thing that was good about this expensive cruise were the workers on board. Very good people.

The mainstage performances were the worst that I had in my 10+ cruise experiences. There were all male performers for the entire trip with very low quality. This was the worst service I’d ever experienced on a ship. They didn’t seem to have enough crew for sailing at full capacity.

I've sailed with Holland America three times in the past, all prior to the COVID pandemic. The Westerdam, the Nieuw Amsterdam, and the Eurodam.
