The Navigator is both elegant and well maintained. But the crew seemed to have lost enthusiasm along with the company´s expansion of the fleet or some other kind of management crisis. Already during boarding expect to be treated like a 2´nd class passenger if you are not a frequent RCCL costumer or travelling in a suite.

Overall the ship was beautiful and clean. The service was adequate but nothing special and the food for the most part was somewhat below average.

We arrived in Miami the day before the departure which is always a good idea when coming from Canada as you can never predict weather and missing a cruise embarkation because of plane delay is never a good way to start a holiday.
