Retirement gift. Always wanted to go on a cruise. It was a very good experience and would do it again sometime. People were very friendly and staff was good and very pleasant. Food was very good, fresh, and well cooked and seasoned. Activities were very good and a lot to do for everyone. Ship was very clean and arranged very nicely. Captain was very professional and on top of every detail. He also ...

Fitted in well with school holidays and always good to sail from Southampton. Ship is a good one although a little tired in places. The last time we had Clo as a cruise director she was disappointing but she was bang on form on this cruise. Main dining was good service but main dining food was not as good as it used to be and significantly lower in standard than NCL who we used for the ...

We chose this cruise for the itinerary and it exceeded our expectations. We met so many nice and fun people. The Meet & Mingle had 70 or so attendees. Some people did not receive an invitation though, and missed it. Our inside cabin was spacious and quiet. Service throughout was outstanding. RBar and Schooners were our favorite hangouts. Variety of shows and enjoyed most of them. Did not care for ...

We chose this cruise for the itinerary & pricing. We stopped in Amsterdam in advance & stayed overnight in Southampton.Embarkation went smoothly. We boarded the ship & went straight to The Windjammer. We had access to our cabins at 1:00 pm. The ship was amazing, the size & the layout. We were new to the inside promenade with shops and entertainment areas. 4 of us were in two virtual balcony cabins ...

Magnificent ship with staff that went out if there way to help out and make my family cruise a holiday not to forget. There was so much food in quantity and diversity and the quality was second to none. All over the ship there was different entertainment going on so everyone had a brilliant time. We were all treated like royalty and every corner you turned there was a happy smiling faced member of ...

We picked this ship sailing out of Southampton England for its fantastic itinerary; Portugal, Morocco, The Canaries, Madeira and Le Havre. The food was good to very good though some nights it was difficult to find something that appealed to me. The lunches were adequate and the breakfasts I ordered were made-to-order omelets which were fine. The room was a decent size. The cruse Director Clo ...

We are just back from a 14 night Navigator cruise from Southampton, to the Canaries and Morocco. I have to say I am a little disappointed and it feels like RCCI is slipping a bit in terms of quality and service in terms of the hotel experience. The Cruise Director 'Clo' and her crew were great and we had no problems with the entertainment on board or the Ports of Call (although we would ...

Beautiful Ship, Average Food

This is the first RCL cruise , we've done most other ship lines eg Carnival, Norwegian, Princess, HAL, MSC. The ship itself was excellent, and the cabin was larger than the other ships. Surprisingly, the food in the main dining room was average, with the meat items below average; would have rated it a 3 if not for the beautiful ship. The annoying thing was the constant upselling of their specialty ...

Our 13th cruise and it didn't disappoint. Crew were excellent they were all happy and nothing was too much trouble, cabin was very comfortable with lots of storage space. Balcony was also a very good size for our needs. Our steward Ejik did an amazing job at keeping us tidy and clean and every day he asked if there was anything more he could do for us, entertainment team were amazing, CD Clo ...
