Just back from a 13 night Southampton to Miami trans Atlantic repositioning cruise with stops in Boston, New York City, and Cape Canaveral. ( Royal Caribbean Navigator of the Seas) I loved it ! That is the quick review ; more long winded stuff is below As preamble, my wife and I are not experienced cruisers, we have done three cruises over the last 15 years. So admittedly, we are likely out of the knowledge base with respect to what is out there and expectations. Our embarkation in Southampton was smooth and efficient. Yes, there was queuing up, but the line seemed to move quickly enough, and before we knew it, we were in our room ; 7th level, middle of the ship, starboard balcony. The room was totally adequate in size with lots of drawers, hangers, and nooks to put stuff. We brought along a few magnetic wall magnet hooks that were handy for hanging Sea Pass Lanyards, hats, and other light things. The bathroom was shower, sink, and toilet. Perfectly adequate in size and function. The room steward we had, projected a quiet and gentle image. Our room was kept in immaculate condition and it seemed like whenever we left the room and came back , it was refreshed and ready to go. Prior to this cruise, I had read of a lot of complaints about the dining and food selection choices. I appreciate that everybody had a different take and perspective on things but I really have a hard time in understanding these posts. The food in the Main Dining Room and in the Windjammer Cafe was amazing in diversity and quality. I sampled fish, beef, chicken, lamb, pork and vegetables in both North American / British styles as well as Indian and Oriental presentations. Appetizers, Soups, Salads were amazing as were the desserts, desserts, and desserts. I am no Gordon Ramsey, but if I had been presented the dishes back home, and I was paying out of pocket, I would have been satisfied. Oh, I could quibble that the Chicken Vindaloo was not spiced sufficiently and the Rice and Beans in the buffet was were not super hot but really … We did eat a lunch in the Chops Restaurant ( one of the pay extra places ) and the food was pretty good but I would likely not spend the money next time. We did pay $10 each for an “upgraded” filet in the MDR and that I would do again. Drinks ( as in alcoholic ) are pretty pricy in my view. My wife had one mixed drink and 3 glasses of wine during the cruise and that tab for that was over $60. I do not drink alcohol so for the most part I was okay. Water, iced tea, and lemonade are included as part of the dinner and some juices are as well. We are both fancy smanchy coffee drinkers so we purchased two coffee cards for lattes, espressos and the like. That was worth it for us. There is also free coffee and tea on the Promenade Deck as well as free fruits, pizza, sandwiches, and sweets. I had a few reasons to be connected to home so I paid the internet fee to have a connection for the entire voyage. Let’s just say it brought back fond memories of the good old days of dial-up. But it did the job and there is something funky cool about in the middle of the ocean and being able to chat with someone in our town. One the reasons that we picked an ocean crossing was because it was an ocean crossing. Lots of time to walk the deck, sit and read, sit and write, or sit and just look at the ocean. That is not everybody’s idea of a good time of course but I loved it. There are also lectures on board ( John Wayne Movies to Six Sigma ), Ice Skating ( spectacular ) , listening to music ( the guitar guy and the ship’s band were very good ) and evening stage shows ( no idea, that is not in my interest scope) plus all kinds of little goofy contests. I don’t really understand Ship Board Shopping - if I want a watch I will buy it on Amazon but I am in a minority, as the shops were jammed. I did not really spend any time in the many bars and nooks of the ship. I am more of a “sitting on a deck chair even though it is late at night and no one else is doing it” sort of guy. I did the tour of the ship ; they call it All Access. Yes, it is a nice little money maker for them but it was very interesting. You even get to go to the bridge. In 2016 posts there were a lot of complaints about the arrival into Boston and dealing with the US Immigration authorities. From the time we lined up ( following the instructions we had been issued ) to our final personal clearance was about two hours of standing in line. Some folks were apoplectic. I took the view that in 2017 anyone entering the United States of America is going to encounter delays, bureaucracy, and a certain amount of hassle. I just went with the flow, chatted to people, relaxed and had a good time. Sometimes, it is just a matter of perspective. Sailing into New York City is something I will remember I think for the remainder of my days. At first you see what looks like a haze on the horizon, then you see it is buildings and not just buildings, but the New York Skyline. Soon you pass under the Verrazano Bridge and by the Statue of Liberty. I think the emotion of doing that was collectively felt by everybody on the ship - truly amazing. The ship docks at the Manhattan Cruise Terminal which is very convenient for trekking into New York. I think the fact that Navigator is in NYC for 28 hours or so was very well thought out. The cruise concludes with a stop at Port Canaveral and then on to the conclusion at Miami where disembarkation was smooth. So would I do this cruise again ? Yes, absolutely … it totally met and exceeded my expectations. Maybe not for everybody, but for me, half of an early 60s couple it was perfect. Read Less

We have just returned from a fabulous voyage on board RCI Navigator of the seas, embarkation was a breeze and we were aboard in less than 20 minutes. Navigator is a mid sized ship for Royal and she is getting older now, but she is kept spotlessly clean. Our cabin was a promenade view room which was quite spacious, it had a bowed window with a window seat so that you could sit and watch what was going on down below, it also had another small 2 seater sofa which was very comfortable, the beds were very comfy too and there was more than enough floor space. It was also nice to have sliding doors on the shower instead of one of these nasty shower curtains, all in all we had plenty of space and Donna our stateroom attendant was a joy. On our anniversary she decorated the cabin in silk red roses and happy anniversary messages all around the room, we had a beautiful chocolate cake and a bottle of champagne all complimentary, it was really lovely. We had early diner at 6pm in the MDR and went there most evenings. The food was good and our waiters were very attentive, on the 2nd evening we had a smoked fish starter which was delicious and I sent my compliments to the chief and said that I could eat that every evening as the starter, he sent a message with the waiter to ask if I would really like it every evening, and I had this yummy dish served to me every night and it was amazing. I dont eat deserts so I asked for fruit and got a lovely dish of strawberries most nights. The chief and the waiters were the best we have ever had, diner times were very enjoyable indeed. We had very good entertainers on board and every seat was taken at most shows, but for us the stars were the crew shows, this was a new thing for this cruise. Crew members from different nations performed and sang for us in the theatre, it was fabulous they were the real stars of this cruise. The first port of call was Boston which was nice, we had a trolley ride around the city then had some shopping time. Of course the big thing for most people was arriving in New York, and it didnt disappoint, the sail up the Hudson will stay in my memory forever, especially sailing past The Statue of Liberty, it was wonderful, and the city itself was awesome we rode the subway, went up the empire state building ate bagels and hot dogs and shopped in times square,we even sat and watched the skaters on the ice rink at the rockefeller centre, what a day it was amazing., In Port Canaveral we went to Coco beach and just chilled for a few hours, very relaxing. What a wonderful cruise, the best we have had for a while, the ship the staff and ports just made it very special. Read Less

A disco for small children was the only thing that we missed, half an hour 7.30 ish would have been great . Service from all the staff was very good , dining room was lovely , food excellent with lots of choice. Seven and five year old ate with us in dining room and were very well looked after. We had two cabins with an adjoining door which worked very well for babysitting duties in the evening. The sound insulation between the cabins was very good. More cabins like this please. The standard of the Kids Club was high and the children loved it , Staff were superb. Lots of activities very well organised, not just putting kids infront of a screen! If anything the excursions are a bit pricey but the 2 we did were excellent we did a scenic in Maderia and did the lava caves in Tenerife that was really good We only did a couple of the shows but that was just by choice not that there was anything wrong with them. The food in both the main dining room food was excellent as was the few times we went to windjammer we never did any of the speciality restaurants. I had a wonderful time on Navigator of the Seas, it has been a few years since I sailed on her so it was nice to return. Embarkation was very smooth and very easy at Southampton as always. My cabin was 6209 an inside but kept very clean and tidy by Imade Muliana as all stateroom attendants he worked hard. All staff were amazing and all seemed happy and again worked hard. Kristina in the Schooner Romeo and Joel in the Cosmo lounge deck 14 Edward and Elvis in Vintages again all nice and kind thanks guys. Food everywhere on Navigator was very good I took advantage of eating in Chops for the first two nights. Chops as always never seems to change to me always a great dining choice. The main dining room food was again really good for Breakfast, Lunch (sea days) and Evening Meal, Wellington and Luyao worked very hard in the evenings. The Windjammer had a great variety of food and was very good, service in there was also good. Park Café offered some lovely snacks if you had room for them. The Diamond lounge had the usual Breakfast fair and evening snacks all were very nice and tasty. As always I never get to go to the main theatre but other entertainment was very good. Clo was great and did an amazing job keeping everyone entertained. Service throught I thought was excellent and the ship was kept very clean and tidy. I went to my first Cruise Critic meet and mingle hosted again by Clo it was really good. Also the itinerary was great I enjoyed every port of call but it was so nice to return to Vigo a lovely town I think. Read Less

I travelled in a group of 8. This was my 6th cruise. My 1st Royal Caribbean Ship. I don't think I will be travelling on any other ship until I have done all the Royal Caribbean ships. Embarkation and disembarkation was so quick and smoothly. everything about the ship was wonderful. The stateroom (I like that name instead of cabin) sound posh. There was everything that you needed was in the room.It was clean and spacious. The dining room was a luxury. Food was wonderful. Our waiters Zainal and Sivakumar were such gentlemen. They were so polite and courteous toward us. Entertainment and activities. There were lots of entertainment going on around the ship. the heater shows were exceptional. The service was exceptional all around. on this cruise there were only 2 port of call which we took the shuttle bus into the town area. I find the excursions price very expensive. I would most definitely do this again. my only disappointment was that shops on board was very poorly stocked. I could no find a bathing suit to buy on board and I so to have wanted to have a sauna. This was our first cruise which is way we chose this 5 day mini cruise from Southampton. From the very start we were taken care of by the wonderful Royal Caribbean staff who looked after our every need. The food in both the Windjammer Café and the main dining room was excellent. I've never seen people work so hard to keep everyone happy. There was so much to do from eating & drinking through to quizzes in the bar, fun by the pool, films or watching the fantastic ice show and theatre shows. The guest artists in the evening theatre shows were excellent. The only very minor gripe was that the price of the drinks on board was a little bit expensive although not enough to put me off having a few. This was a great way to start our cruise experience and we will be back with Royal Caribbean again.. Read Less

Not too big, not too small. Service was great as it always is with R.C. The entertainment ran from excellent to downright awful. The main shows were quite good but the trio at Boleros, Teddy something, was shameful. If you don't know the words or cannot carry a note, don't sing the song. Their instrumentals were very good, only to be ruined by the singing. You could hear an audible groan from the crowd. That aside, this is a great ship with a great crew and we will be booking again soon. Inside cabin was larger than some we have been on. The ship had many different activities for all ages including a rock wall, ice skating, putt putt golf, flow rider and basketball as well as the largest fitness center we have seen so far. Food and service was what you expect on Royal Caribbean, excellent. We have already booked for next year. Read Less

The cruise was excellent. We traveled as a family with several under the age of three (all in a family stateroom). It was a nice time to travel in Europe, and the ship provided excellent service. We were especially impressed with Royal Tots for our young ones, and the professionalism (and assistance) that the crew provided throughout our voyage with kids. They were always assisting with finding a table for breakfast or lunch, meeting our food allergy needs, or just helping us navigate the ship. We did have some issues with the shore excursions and how family friendly they were, especially since we had a small team of toddlers. The staff was very helpful though, and after our initial less-then-expected experience, made sure that the appropriate accommodations were made for our future excursions. Cruising in the fall made the temperatures on the lower end (50's and 60's), but it was enjoyable with the less busy port stops. We also were lucky to cruise the week before school holidays in most ports, which provided a lot of additional time for our younger children to experience all the ship had to offer. Read Less

For the ports of call and the overall Royal Caribbean experience. We arrived on 9/29 at the air port by the RC transportation service who where on time, warm and welcoming. We decided not to come a day in advance but to fly directly to London and onto the ship. The embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly. The overall experience was really great. The weather was a little colder than expected however, the RC experience was executed as normal. The ship, entertainment, activities, service and excursions were worth the trip. We would no doubt go again. My cabin however was a different story... Our cabin on the onset seem to be nice however after a closer look the story was different. I was accustom to having good accommodations, however, I began to notice several things: The room had not being dusted or vacuumed properly; I notice and picked up huge dust bunnies that I personally gathered with the door stop. The same underneath the desk. The bathroom was smelly due to septic problem which caused the toilet to be black inside. I did report it and an engineer came the next day. The stateroom attendant tried to assist but to no avail. Nevertheless, the smell was unwelcomed and continued. Also, it seemed that the cabin had not been clean properly. The towels were thrown onto the shelves and strings were hanging. This showed me the person did not care or was lazy. We were given a bottle of champagne for the inconvenience. Read Less

We spent 3 days in London before our cruise began. On the third day a tour service picked us up at our hotel and before boarding he ship we had a tour of Stonehenge whith we really enjoyed. We picked this cruise because we liked the itinerary. It was one of RCCL's midsize ships and easy to explore. We had a wonderful time and met the most amazing people...we even attended a wedding which included a tour of the bridge. The food was a little better than good but our head waiter and assistant waiter had the best personalities and they made the entire table look forward to dinner. If you've traveled RCCL before you should know that they now charge for room service. The lunch and dinners in the windjammer was really appealing and different. For anyone looking to take this cruise you need to know that there is a lot of walking and I felt that some of the tours were very expensive.. Read Less

We chose this cruise for the itinerary and it exceeded our expectations. We met so many nice and fun people. The Meet & Mingle had 70 or so attendees. Some people did not receive an invitation though, and missed it. Our inside cabin was spacious and quiet. Service throughout was outstanding. RBar and Schooners were our favorite hangouts. Variety of shows and enjoyed most of them. Did not care for the magician or adult comedian at the end. Observed several couples walking out. My time dining and went to dinner just before 9 pm every night. No specialty restaurants. The dining room was fine for us. However, we are not foodies. I rarely cook so we were happy in the dining room. I thought the Windjammer had quite a variety of choices as well: pasta bar, International flavor, etc. On a long cruise you do see repetition. On sea days there was a magnificent lunch buffet in the dining room. Choose your salad ingredients and they mix it up. Scrumptious spare ribs and lobster too. Don't miss it! Would like to see food available later at night. Midnight buffets were overkill but if you miss dinner and go to the later show, there is nothing to eat after except the sandwiches and pizza in the promenade cafe. There were a lot of activities during the day. Only one warm sea day so not much going on around the pool. This cruise does not focus much on the pool environment. Vigo- shops closed on Sundays. Some people went to Santiago. We went on a short private tour and then walked around the Old Quarter. Cafes open and Oyster Street was bustling. Lisbon- TukTuk tour. Lots of fun. All around the streets and alleys and out to Belem. Then we walked around. Love that city. Long walk back to ship. Agadir- Everyone we talked to disappointed. But whatever you do will be an experience. We just had a taxi driver take us around. The beach and promenade are very nice. Lanzarote- Private winery tour through wine tours Lanzarote. Very nice day. Gran Canaria= HOHO bus around city. Beautiful. Got off at Old Quarter and enjoyed small October fest. Got off bus and walked to beach. Spectacular beach and promenade. Don't miss it! Tenerife- HOHO bus then walked around. Festival going on. Madeira- HOHO bus then walked around the historic quarter. Numerous outdoor restaurants. Long walk to ship. Beautiful place. La Coruna- City tour then walk around old town. Modern shopping area and old town all easy walking distance from ship. France- Did private tour to Normandy We did not do any ship tour and the private ones were short. Enjoyed exploring the city ports. Read Less

There was so much food in quantity and diversity and the quality was second to none. All over the ship there was different entertainment going on so everyone had a brilliant time. We were all treated like royalty and every corner you turned there was a happy smiling faced member of crew. From the moment we stepped on board to the excursions, the staff couldn't do enough for us. This was our first cruise and we were unsure if we would like the experience. We loved the fact we could step off our floating hotel and see different cultures and people. Take in the architecture and sample local foods and wine. All excursions were professionally undertaken and we personally couldn't wait to get back onboard at the end of the day to feast in one of the many restaurants. Chose this cruise 'cuz we had not been to any of the ports the Navigator was scheduled to visit. This was a great decision. We had a blast. Stateroom attn'd and dinning room service were great and the dinners were tasty and served hot. Loved the fitness center on the Navigator; plenty of machines, etc. The Capt. was very approachable and answered questions thoroughly. We already have three cruises booked for 2018. Loved it. Ports of call were very interesting, especially the Canarie Islands. Agadir, Morroco was a hoot. Even got to ride a camel and pet a big snake. Fortunately we did not have to compete with a lot of other cruise ships when in port so touring as not one line after another. As usual the staff on the Navigator were very friendly and exceptionally accommodating. Windjjammer food was excellent and we ate breakfast and lunch there daily. Read Less

We chose this ship and iteniary to celbrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We are experienced cruisers ,this being our 23rd cruise with RCCl and we have 31 cruises all together. We sailed with our group of 20 long time friends. We spent 3 days in London prior to the cruise and traveled to South Hampton on a privately charted bus. We found embarkcation to be very efficient which resulted in us having lunch about 20 minutes after arriving at the pier. The Navigator was in pristine condition following her makeover. The food in the dining room ,was the best we have had in a long time. It reminded us of our early days of cruising with generous portions and fast service Both our waiter and assistant waiter were very helpful in providing information on the various dishes. The service was very efficient but at the same time we never felt rushed. The Cruise director Clo was fanatstic. It is the first time where we have found the cruise director actually stop and have conversations with people she met during her walks around the ship. The entertainment was fantastic. Each show had a different theme ranging from production shows to magicians , a fantastic violinist and finally ending with a tribute to the Beatles,by 4 young men who looked and sounded just like the Fab 4. That show lasted 1 hour and 10 minutes with the audience standing and singing along for most of the show. The shore excursions were for the most part very nice ,the one port that could have been skipped was Agadir. The place was filthy with garbage strewn all over. All in all it was probably the best cruise we have taken in a long time. Thank you RCCL for providing an excellent product Read Less

Although this was my first ever cruise, I used to work on a six star cruise ship so I know what to expect. The ships Is beautiful, very clean and well laid out. I think the outside decks could have better seating with tables for drinking/eating on nice a evenings as sunbeds are not great if you just want a nice drink and chat. Could also do with a few small extra special touches, perhaps a popcorn machine for some shows in the theatre and films on the outside screen. Also the outside area could perhaps use more events such as live music in the evenings I feel. Some of the bars could do with more seating in particular The Two Poets English pub which seemed to be the favourite bar on our cruise and very hard to get a seat here in the evening. Overall though, I had a fantastic time cruising on The Navigator of the seas. A beautiful well laid out ship with outstanding service provided by a clearly committed crew. Great drinks, delicious food and lovely ports...I look forward to cruising again with Royal Caribbean hopefully soon again. I would definitely recommend. Read Less

We sailed from Southampton which is always convenient for us and we don't mind the Bay of Biscay crossing. After calling at Gibraltar the itinerary was around the Italian Mediterranean and had a pleasing balance of ports of call with days at sea. On some of the ports we had pre-booked Royal Caribbean excursions; the choice of these remains good and although expensive they are competitive and worth paying for to remove some of the stress which can come with "self-led" excursions. Navigator of the Seas is a superb ship with a great choice of bars, restaurants and cafes. Looking at other cruise ships in port I'm still of the view that Royal Caribbean ships are among the best-looking afloat. There were a couple of negatives; the onboard prices for bar drinks and dinner wine are now very expensive with Royal Caribbean and the theatre shows have got a bit "samey" (some repeats of shows we saw two years ago) with adequate rather than outstanding acts. The staff and crew on Navigator were all superb and seemed genuinely happy and committed to their work. The quality of food in all restaurants (other than one specialty experience) remains excellent. This was our 8th cruise with Royal Caribbean and we will definitely be back. Read Less

The destinations were what we were wanted to visit. Having already cruised with this company on the Adventure and Explorer of the Seas we were happy with the standard. They all carry approximately 3k passengers and there is plenty of room in the various areas of the ship, although when the weather is inclement seats are at a premium. Entertainment is good as well as all the staff, especially in the restaurants and bars. They all work very hard, long, hours and are very appreciative of praise when given. Food is of a very good standard and very plentiful; you can always ask for more if you feel unfulfilled. It is worth taking out the premium drinks package if you enjoy a few glasses of wine and spirits per day. Otherwise you have to pay for all drinks, even bottled water, and they are expensive. We opted to not pay gratuities up front and spoke with customer services once we were on board to make sure we were not charged the daily charge. We chose to show our appreciation of service personally to those who deserved it over a god spread of staff. Read Less

We chose this 14 night cruise for the ports of call and it was when we boarded that we realised how happy we were to return to RCI. Everything was enjoyable and the quality of service met our expectations. The staff were happy and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Although there are some negatives below, our enjoyment wasn't spoiled. I hate the upsell on cruises and this one was no exception but we have developed a way of avoiding the traps so we kept within our budget. And no we didn't buy a drinks package. The Cruise Director was popular although I wondered if it was right to link everything back to this one person because the team work very hard. The evening entertainment was very good. One comment though is that we think that Internet should be free of charge, especially because the tv is always so rubbish and on sea days it can get a bit boring, There didn't seem to be enough staff in the Windjammer, and it took ages to clear the tables when they were vacated. Lastly, don't get caught out by the spa. Much pressure to buy things you don't need here, I had to tell one member of staff to back off because she was telling me how much she needed the money from the commission! And they do try to entice you in with a $50 spa voucher as a prize. Don't bother, You have to spend $100 to use it. All in all we had a fabulous time and our experience helped us to get the best out of it. Read Less

The ship's own entertainment team were also very good and put on some excellent shows. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. The food on board was excellent wherever we chose to eat. There was plenty to do on board enjoyed the quizzes, had a go at ice skating and on the rock climbing wall. We had an inside cabin which was bigger and better than I thought it would be. Also having the Cruise Compass (leaflet) delivered to our cabin every night meant you had all the details of what was on for the next day which made it easier to plan your day. Read Less

We have just returned home after 1 month on Navigator of the Seas, we have sailed on this ship many times before and as usual it was a great experience. The standards of cleanliness are second to none and the staff are hard working ,polite and extremely helpful, we were in a JS on deck 9 and our cabin steward was Richard Bryon, he kept our room spotless and well stocked with amenities and always had a smile and time to say hi! The food has improved since our last trip in May and we cannot fault the food anywhere on the ship. I have read some of the negative reviews relating to other people’s experiences on Navigator and I begin to wonder if they were on th same ship as me. If the food was so bad why do people pile their plates as if they are expecting a famine, I am sure they do not eat this way at home. The selection of food in the Windjammer was really very good throughout the day with speciality foods relating to ports of call. Speciality restaurants are excellent and also the Cafe Promenade have a great selection throughout the day too. We do not always use the Mdr as we prefer to choose when we wish to dine. There are passengers who dump glasses and plates etc in the corridors when it is so easy to leave them in the cabin or leave them somewhere safe. We enjoyed the shows even thought we had seen some of them before, the ice skating is very good and well worth a visit. Overall we loved it and also the opportunity to meet up with friends from previous cruises. Can’t wait for the next cruise. Read Less

We chose this cruise as we had not visited the Azores, we have been on the Navigator before so we knew what to expect, however we found some changes that we approved of. Firstly, when we entered our stateroom I thought that we had been given a larger one than on previous Royal Caribbean cruises, then my wife pointed out that there wasn't a coffee table, which made late night toilet trips a lot safer. Secondly in the Saffire dining room a basket of bread rolls is now placed on your table after you are seated, A small thing but appreciated. Thirdly a distinct lack of large screen televisions bombarding you with sport. The quality of the food in the Saffire dining room was excellent, as was the Windjammer ( we only had lunch there) in fact we wondered where the people that complain about the food served on this ship usually eat, the waiting staff, Allwyn & Radmir were very attentive and Rene, our waiter from last year came over for a chat most days. The entertainment all over the ship was excellent, the shows in the Metropolis theatre were slick and well performed, I was rather surprised to see Bobby Davro doing a show in the Metropolis, I went to the late 'adult' show which was very funny and not crude, his singing encore lasted 30 minutes. The service that we had from all staff members was wonderful, we never waited more than a couple of minutes to get served in any bar, a special mention to the staff in Boleros, who were brilliant. We loved every minute of the cruise and we will be back on the Navigator next year. My only complaint about the whole cruise is that the bottled ale was too cold! Read Less

We wanted to visit Azores and found it a highlighter of the cruise, we enjoy royal Caribbean and they have a good loyalty programme. This cruise was a good choice of ports except Le Harve we would not have gone there by choice. The entertainment was very good and covered all tastes , the dining room was good with a varied menu and well cooked. The voyager ships are a good size for us and the street is a favourite place to meet. The bars are a good selection with varied entertainment in each. The captains corner gave a good chance to speak with senior officers about the workings of the ship from all aspects. The crown and Anchor return cruisers programme is excellent and makes you feel appreciated for you businesses The star part to our cruise was the friendly and happy staff who go the extra mile for your appreciation Read Less
