The ship is starting to look tired and a little shabby in some places i.e. Carpets and stairs on the pool deck. But the cleanliness on board is second to none and the staff work tirelessly to ensure your holiday is the best.

We cruise with RC quite regularly so it is very easy to notice the ever increasing evidence of cost cutting each time we go on board. It hasn't quite reached the point where I would consider going elsewhere but it's very close.

Its a floating mall with too many people and too few hours ashore at ports of call, The North Atlantic is too cold even at the height of summer: literally too windy and/or cool (or even rainy) to enjoy being outside for a good part of the time. Choose RC as the service and ships are very good, everything you need for holiday. Plenty to do on and off ship with great itinerary. We chose this cruise to celebrate the 70th birthday of my wife's aunt.
Staff was fantastic. Could not fault them one bit.
Food at Windjammer was good. Food at other restaurants was average to good.
The ship is starting to show clear signs of age and being tired. And cruises like ours that was full of teenagers and kids doesn't help.
