In my experience, there are four things that make or break a cruise – the ports, the staff, the food and wine experience, and the ship itself.
Ports = We rate the ports as 5 out of 5 for this Baltic Capitals cruise. Great cities to visit, every one.
Staff = The staff gets a 5. They did their best to make us happy, especially our waiter and cabin steward.
Food and Wine = Except for the ...
We had a lovely cruise vacation experience. The crew and staff on board did a great job, working very hard to make sure all your wishes and desires are accommodated.
We did only shore excursions through RCI some of which were better than others, times in some of the ports felt very short and lead to feeling rushed on some of the excursions. Really heavy traffic in some of the ports of call ...
The cruise was good, as was the food and entertainment.
Cruise ship staff were excellent.
If I have a criticism it would be the distance the ship was docked from the the town/city we were visiting, also the length of time we were allowed to spend on shore at some ports of call was not enough.
Food/Dining
Cabin
Entertainment we all excellent
I would go again, but would necessarily ...
Needing a wheelchair adapted balcony stateroom this was the only cruise available 9 months ago. My husband and I have cruised with RCI many times and deceided that as we had never been to the Baltics before we would give it a go.
Much of the ship is looking a bit tired however Navigator is due for a re-fit soon. The stateroom was ok the cabin steward very attentive without being ...
Although the ship is in need of a few repairs, all in all its still in good shape.
The entertainment is good in all areas especially the main theatre.
Service is good as you would expect from Royal.
The highlights have been with the tours we have chosen. With the cruise tours been to expensive with went with Alla Tours and I have to say they are the best we have ever had from a cruise ...
Our third cruise aboard a member of the RCI fleet this, we think, proved to be the best so far. Although Hamburg, Oslo and Bruges don't perhaps have the tropical appeal of our earlier voyage on Splendour, this itinerary, with a day at sea in between each port of call proved both very interesting and delightfully relaxing. Check-in at Southampton was busy but smooth and our cabin up to the usual ...
This was the first time taking our girls with us and they absolutely loved it.
The bar staff are fantastic - especially Tito from the schooner Bar. (Always smiling and amazing service)
The entertainment was also excellent as well as the food. we really enjoyed the talent of Anthony Michael in the schooner Bar. Great piano player and nice bloke.
Our balcony state room was very nice and ...
We chose this cruise because of the deal. Buy one get second half price and Deluxe drinks package included in the price.
Embarkation was smooth and efficient and very early! This was our first time with Royal Caribbean and we very very impressed. The layout of the ship was impressive, not too big but with plenty on offer. Balcony cabin was spacious and maintained beautifully by the cabin ...
For my husbands birthday which RC never acknowledged loved the entertainment the cruise director and team all worked so hard
The cabin was great but the condition on balcony was dirty and had splaters of paint everywhere had to be washed down with my sterile wipes. In general the curtains didn’t not fit let the light in think they had shrunk
The condition of the ship was generally dirty ...
The overall cruise was great. The ship is amazing considering it's a floating hotel. The room was adequate but slightly dated and showing signs of wear and tear now.
The staff were all amazing, the restaurant staff make all the efforts to serve you with what you need and want at all times and are very friendly and helpful.
The excursions were overly expensive and the bookings teams are ...
