It just keeps getting worse. I’ve been on 2 cruises before, all with Royal Caribbean and I thought they were ok but this year was bad.
- Embarkation was smooth.
- Breakfast was the same every morning ( sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs etc) I wish there were more healthy options.

While overall we enjoyed the cruise it wasn't a patch on last years Rhapsody of the Seas.
Hate to focus on the negative but it was the small things which were missing. We cruised at exactly the same time last year which means my wife's birthday fell during the cruise. Seventh cruise with RCCL and second on Navigator.
Crew excellent as usual, but seemed overworked? Dining room was excellent, so saw no need to go to speciality restaurants. Windjammer usual Windjammer, although sweets and meats fewer?
Did not try for a sunbed as by 0930 they were covered in blue towels, and stayed that way.Something needs done about hogging the beds.

Family celebration with a total of 11 adults and children. Several had more, some less cruise experience. Started off with having to call because of candy wrappers, and crumbs on couch and near full windows of our suite. Luggage did not arrive until after 9 p.m.. This is our 6th cruise and 5th with Royal Caribbean. We were on Navigator last year for a Baltic cruise and even booked this cruise onboard, but we were a lot less impressed this time around.

Travel Agent recommended by a friend & cruise recommended by the Travel Agent. Brilliant cruise experience, no issues will definitely do it again with Royal Caribbean & this ship. We have been on Royal Caribbean before and have always found the ships and service to be fabulous. This cruise and this ship were neither of these things. The ship looks tired and dated and the obvious ‘cutbacks’ are the talking point of the passengers. we have been regular cruisers with Royal Caribbean, indeed we were on Navigator in 2016, but this vessel has changed since then. It is long overdue it,s refit in January 2019, and gives the appearance of a well used 3 star hotel. This was our first cruise and we loved it. Royal Caribbean staff were all very good and focused on ensuring we had a great time. We arranged our own travel to and from the ship which went well. The check in process was fairly seamless inc our bags being taken from back of taxi to our cabins so we could immediately enjoy and explore the ship.
