Embarkment.. ....They do not require you to sign a form that you are not currently sick!! DINING....In the main dining rooms the food is ok, but the buffet is horrible!!! That includes the food, the long lines, and the cleaning off of the tables!! Also, they do NOT spray your hands with disinfectant when entering the buffet!!! Can you just imagine all the hands touching the serving utensils ...

Disappointing Cruise from Multiple Carnival Cruise Veteran

Out experience with Carnival Cruise line has been great in the past, but if this was our first I would think twice about ever taking a cruise again..My companion answered a Carnival Conquest evaluation and was notified his review was not publishable...The review did not meet their criteria, which makes me suspect they only publish positive reviews. Our cabin was in a good location, aft, on the ...

First cruise, won't be cruising again

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Conquest

So many friends told us how great cruising was, but after this cruise, it was not for us. We heard first of all that the food is great- and that was true of the dining room. The other places to eat on the cruise were not good, the eggs in the morning were grainy and the selection was limited. There were a number of the restaurants that never seemed to be opened. The coffee was terrible, watered ...

First time cruise, a huge disappointment

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Conquest

This was our first cruise and with much recommendations from friends we chose Carnival. We picked the Eastern Caribean because of the ports we were stopping at. Not knowing allot about cruises proved frustrating as allot of information is in. Paper form and you must read everything in order to know what is going on and even then you must ask because things are not always written with a full ...

This was my third cruise with CCL, and my first Eastern Route. I found the ship to be well appointed and clean. The staff was friendly. This cruise was port intensive and we were busy the entire time. It felt that we were not at the ports long enough, sometimes just about 5 hours. I loved St. Thomas, San Juan, and Grand Turk. Nassau I could have skipped. We thought the food was excellent! We ...

After hearing good things from friends and family about Carnival cruise line, we decided to book a cruise for our 10 year anniversary. I had cruised before but my husband had not, so I was thrilled he we get to experience the joys of cruising. Unfortunately we had a very poor experience and will probably never cruise with Carnival again. Everyone knows that the food on cruises is amazing. That is ...

Conquest Cruise departing 1/26 was fantastic!

I am not one to write reviews, good ones that is. If my budget were greater, I much prefer Celebrity or Norwegian to cruise with BUT dollar for dollar, Carnival offers value that CAN'T be beat. The buffet food isn't anything to write home about but the main dining rooms offer quality food with great service. The burger joint produces delicious burgers. the Mexican joint also produces decent ...

It was a cruise, so I had a great time!! This was my first time cruising with Carnival and you can see the obvious differences between Carnival and the other cruise lines. However, if you are just looking to spend time with friends/family in the sun for seven days and don't need all the frills then the Carnival Conquest is a great option. The lido deck buffet was much better than I expected. The ...

Great Cruise for the Money

We've been cruising for almost 24 years now and we did a cruise with some extended family members on the Conquest for fun. The service was excellent especially in the dining room and the food has definitely improved over the three previous Carnival cruises that we have been on lately. As usual the the cabins were well maintained, clean, and we enjoy the large size of the cabins on Carnival. There ...

Great Cruise - Let's Be Honest!

This review is for the Carnival Conquest Western Caribbean Itinerary that sailed from MIami January 12, and visited Gran Cayman, Cozumel, Belize, and Roatan. I will not focus on the ports. We had previously visited three of the four, and were disappointed only by bad weather, which is no-one's fault. I also want to give an objective shout-out to the entire Conquest staff. This was our second ...
