For an older ship the Brilliance was in good shape. Plus the staff was excellent.
We felt like RC put gave their best to a repositioning cruise. Entertainment and food was not sub par for this cruise, in fact it felt like it was increased for this cruise.

My 4th cruise with RC and first transatlantic.... I loved it! The room, the balcony, the staff service, friendliness and professionalism were all terrific. I thought room service, dining in the Windjammer and the Minstrel 4th floor and food was perfect! staff and extras on board were wonderful. Sail away parties, arriving parties, entertainment was wonderful. love this ship. Our tablemates were the best and made for lasting relationships matched with our great waiter and asst. waiter. Our cabin was a very nice size and window was large for oceanview. I was very impressed that I wasn't bored on the trip across the Atlantic. The staff kept everyone busy with lots of options for activities.
