2023 Ultimate Disco Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Summit

I actually won this cruise in a sweepstakes giveaway. The ship was very well maintained and clean. All ship staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Decor of the ship wasn't very good. Sculptures and airwork around ship was very dull. What was the worse about this cruise was the food. Didn't go to any of the specialty dining but the grill by pool, the buffet, and the main dining room the food ...

Summit Exceeded Our Expectations

We chose the cruise based on: 1) timing (before OSHER classes resume), 2) # of nights -- we wanted more than three days but didn't need the full seven days in the Caribbean), 3) location (someplace warm), 4) geared toward adults, 5) other reviews (mostly great), and 6) price (very reasonable). This is a refurbished ship (2018-2019) with about 2200 passengers (mid-size by today's ...

first i will say that the staff and employees wherever we went were fabulous. I will also say i am not a fan of buffet meals, BUT this buffet was amazing. there was something different everyday for lunch and being able to get a quick bite at night ( from 11pm-1am ) was a treat. the pizza was not so good but everything else offered was great. first our cabin. we were on deck 7 in a veranda balcony. ...

Will not cruise with Celebrity again

My family upgraded to the premium package; unfortunately, nothing was available. Premium orange juice, Evian water, and Arizona Ice Tea were not available the entire cruise. Aqua Panna was available during dinner, (01 bottle) but unavailable during our stay. At one point in time the private bar advised me that area where this water was stored was closed. My son is a special needs adult ...

Celebrity losing its luster

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Summit

My partner and I had sailed two previous times with Celebrity and had not even considered another cruise line when we wanted a quick getaway for New Years. This sailing had us questioning if we’d ever come back to Celebrity due to the lackluster service, dining procedure, multiple drink options unavailable, and a nickel and diming attitude I thought was for other cruise lines. First, the ...

My husband and I were on Summit, the same itinerary, on Oct 2021 and loved it so much that we booked this cruise on the spot for the whole family. This was cruise #12 on Celebrity and cruise #42 overall for us. We've been cruising for 30 years, and this for sure was the worst Celebrity cruise ever. The 10/21 and 12/22 cruises were as different as DAY and NIGHT! I would say that Celebrity hit ...

A Wonderful Short Holiday Cruise - Not perfect but very Good!

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Celebrity Summit

This cruise fit our calendar wonderfully and allowed us to get away for awhile and be pampered. The ship is lovely, in our estimation, the perfect size. In spirit of openness we are Elite with Celebrity so we do get some perks. We boarded easily, 25 minutes from curb to stateroom. Ship was tastefully festive and the crew was gracious and welcoming. Our Cabin 8038 was spotless, soothing and ...

We had some credits to use and since we are now in Florida decided to take a short cruise out of Miami. The Summit is an older ship and it shows but is still maintained well. We hadn't been on a cruise ship in a while and were a little disappointed in the food quality. The ports we docked at were repeats for us so we just went on our own way. Cozumel is fun and we took a cab down to Chankanaab ...

Best Cruise Ever!

We chose this cruise primarily because the Sail dates fit our time frame. We booked a Sky Suite which to me was not (our first time on Celebrity) much bigger than a standard Verandah room on Norwegian and Holland America. But it was well appointed and didn't feel too cramped. So many good things to say, here are some Highlights: The staff and service were incomparable Our suite gave us ...

Just back from our cruise on the Celebrity Summit. The service was fantastic! My husband and I have cruised many times. Our friends who came with us had never cruised before. They loved it too. The ship was only at about 1/3 capacity so it never felt crowded which was great. The ship is beautiful. Our cabin steward did a great job and provided twice daily service. We chose anytime ...
